Service & hygiene

We waited 35 minutes for our order... Meanwhile we could see some of the fish & chips we ordered sat on the side on plates getting cold, then they were placed into a box "to go" by a young girl that didn't even have gloves on!
The boy at the till taking orders didn't care about anything.
When we at last got our order most of the chips and fish were cold.

We asked to speak to the manager who thankfully was kind enough to give us a full refund.
Unfortunately a bad experience but one that we won't forget very soon, so no more custom from us for now.
