CHEAP CHINA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY AND WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN IT TO CHINA THEY GIVE YOU AN INVALID RETURN ADDRESS. DISGUSTING QUALITY CHECK AMAZON! YOU'RE BUYING THE SAME THING!

I ordered 3 pairs of leggins and they came straight from china. They look nothing like on the pictures and only one fit at all. I contacted them about returning two and they sent me the return shipping address to China. After sending them off, they never answered anymore.So I had 25$Shipping on top of the overpriced cost of the leggins

Now I can`t understand all the really negative reviews here... And I´m NOT an employee of Fitstar, I have no reason what-so-ever to tell you lies: I´ve twice placed an order with Fitstar (the first time was about a year ago and the recent one were 3-4 weeks ago). I must say I´m more than pleased with their customer service AND the products: great looking, high quality leggings at an affordable price! The size chart is on point, got exactly the right size, they fit like a glove! And free shipping all the way to Europe, not bad! I have NEVER got the impression that Fitstar would be some kind of scam, I´m truly shocked by the negative comments here.

I ordered leggings which due to improper tracking status arrived while still showing "in transit", the post returned them to sender before I realized what was going on. Wrote to fit star, they stopped responding my emails without suggesting a solution- neither to ship again or to return my money. Very disappointing, do not order anything from them.

If I could give no stars , I would. Items are overpriced and not true to description. Customer sevrice SUCKS. (That would be you RIZZA! I really hope your company does horrible, just because your so dishonest.

Total misrepresentation! Please don’t waste your money or time ordering from this company. This has to be The Biggest Farce i’ve encountered in quite a while.

Products never arrived. Shipped from China. Read all the negative reviews. Don't be scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I lost $74 and will never see it again as there is no recourse.

Bought "squat proof" leggings from fitstar, black with a white stripe, they are in fact white leggings with black print and are definitely not squat proof!!! Completely see through, threw them in the bin. Don't waste your money. Its a pity as the designs are nice.

Thanks so much for giving people the opportunity to view reviews of products. I was going to order some items from fitstar but after reading the reviews I will take my money elsewhere.

TERRIBLE! the worst!!!!!!!!!! VERY LATE deliveries. SCAM. impossible to return because you need to pay 25$ to send back to China. THE WORST......DO NOT USE

The product ordered does not look as described or pictured. Do not purchase from this company! You will be extremely disappointed.

STAY AWAY from this company! I purchased 2 leggings and they’re very poor quality. When I asked to return them, they gave me an address in China and I paid for an expensive shipping fee. The package returned even the address is as how they emailed me. I reached out to them again via email for a resolution. I was told that the only way for me to get a refund is to ship it back again which means paying for the expensive shipping fee. I asked to have it escalated to their manager for a resolution but to no avail. NO RESPONSE. NO APOLOGY. I wish I read the reviews of other people here before wasting my time & money with FITSTAR—DON’T BE A VICTIM!

They look nothing like the pic. Poor quality and if you want to return them you have to send them to China ! Overpriced garbage.

I bought several items from FITSTAR - a top and some leggings. The top worked out ok but you can tell its all cheap material from China. I returned the leggings which they make you jump through hoops to do. I had to take photos of the leggings and the package and include them in an email to get approved for the return. Once I paid to return them I waited for weeks to receive a return. They wont reply anymore to emails and its been several months now. This company is a sham, I'd look elsewhere it'll seriously be a roll of the dice if you ever receive your product.

I never received my pants. I ordered them six months ago.. and has sent them numerous emails but no response. It’s a scam this company.

My first order they sent the wrong leggings and told me I didn’t need to send them back- if they hadn’t of been such shocking quality I would have thought that strange.
Why I don’t know but I ordered again a few months later- I think I was sucked in by the photographs they show of the leggings that make them look like ‘gym quality’ and this they are not. Ordered the ‘cellulite’ leggings. Atrocious quality, made in china quality which I can see now is where they come from.
Currently kissing with the customer services and they haven’t received my order- I have proof of postage but I get the feeling I won’t see a refund- could be they are banking on me claiming from Royal Mail!!
Avoid the company and poor quality clothing or be extremely disappointed

This company is a real joke. I ordered two leggings and after a month of waiting got a really bad quality piece of cloth that did not even have a proper print as shown online. However I managed to send them back and now I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent over 5 emails with no reply. I even tried contacting them via Facebook where they simply blocked me. I guess I am not getting any money back and this seriously is irresponsible!

Horrible leggings and horrible customer service. I have had so much trouble trying to get a refund for items that did not look like the picture. Waist band was all over the place and the scrunch was pointless. Do not order from this place. Waste of money and time!!

I was really excited to get the pants. After waiting 3 weeks I finally received them. Well... total disappointment. It's a total misfit. The waist is way to high - almost reached my boob - and the accent which is supposed to be butt height were on my lower back... Also the material didn't feel good... very thin. Not Squat Proof at all. Than I had to pay for shipping the retoure. From Germany I paid 6,20€ for a value of pants of ca. 35€... Whole disappointment... I will never order again at Fitstar.co
