I was sent items that I didn’t order…
I was sent items that I didn’t order and then got charged. When I complained.. They asked me to return the items for refund but they didn’t send me a return label. When I went to return the items the return mailing cost is more than the price I was charged. This is very frustrating. I will never order from Fit Tech again, and I will suggest the public don’t as well. This is a fraud and a scam so they can take your money.

I was promised a discount in my first purchase. When I was about to pay, the discount voucher didn´t appear.
I wrote an email to the company and they solved the problem. So it has been a good experience.
