Very much like the gloves. Nevertheless, a suggestion: my hand size is L, but the first gloves I ordered did not fit well, even though listed L. So my second order was for XL, and they fitted much better.

Ease of purchase and prompt delivery
Very easy to order online and prompt delivery. A little unhappy with the size; I selected L b/c my wife's gloves were M; however, the L size was not large enough. When I went back to the web page, I saw a way to measure my hand to ensure correct size, but I did not see that before. Also the ranges for each size seemed larger than when I ordered. My range is 23-25 CM, whereas now L is 24-26 cm, which would probably fit better.

Great service and material
When package was received, one item was missing. Very short discussion with customer service and the missing item was send. Quick and professional reply from CS was a great experience. The gloves I am already wearing for many years and so far the best I have found. Fit perfectly and last long. Will remain a customer for long.

The gloves are outstanding to use and good quality.
However, sizes are one down from EU standards (eg. their S is xs/M is s/L is m, XL is l) so remember to buy one size larger than normal if from the EU.
