I signed up after seeing an Instagram advert for “Asian Pilates”, which led me to the Fit4Me app. The offer presented was a 12-week trial for £23.
After signing up, I was charged £23 as expected — but then an additional £47 was taken. I also received invoices showing automatic renewals of £66 every 12 weeks and £79.99 every 4 weeks, which were not clearly explained at the time of sign-up.
I contacted customer support, and they confirmed my subscription was cancelled. However, there was no mention of a refund for the additional charges.
The pricing structure and auto-renewal terms were not transparent, and multiple subscription amounts appeared without clear consent. I am now having to dispute the transactions with my card provider.
I would advise others to carefully review all terms before signing up and to monitor their bank statements closely

UPDATE:
In reply to the Fit4me response to my review, as expected I received the same copy/paste that others who were scammed have also received.
FOUR different amounts were fraudulently taken from my account : $9.79, $15.19, $29.67 and $38.95 - all 4 on different dates since Jan 9th, all for "virtual purchases"
I would also like to correct the false assertion that Fit4Me complies with legal regulations - they do not. To date I have received ZERO notifications from them via the app or vai email, not a single response to my multiple emails to support
As for their cancel subscription instructions, if you follow their instructions, an d hit support, then cancel subscription, you are taken directly back to the subscription page hit the support button again takes you right back to the subscription page . And repeat - as many times as you care to play their game.
There is no cancel button , I have video of this procedure. I have screen shots of all the random amounts taken , as noted above, there doesn't appear to be anywhere in their T & C that gives them carte blanche to take whatever they want when they want. As per auto subscription rules, businesses are required to obtain express, affirmative consent to auto-renewals, provide clear disclosures, send renewal reminders, and offer an easy "click-to-cancel" method online. Unless Fit4Me are telepathic, I have NOT provided ANY of this information as I have NOT received any notifications from them AT ANY TIME .
I am in CA. We have laws regarding auto subscription scams, there is a mandate that businesses obtain express, affirmative consent to auto-renewals, provide clear disclosures, send renewal reminders, and offer an easy "click-to-cancel" method online. Consumers must be able to cancel in the same medium they signed up.
I was charged $38.95 then another $29.67 for "meals".
I have sent 5 emails to support with ZERO response.
THERE IS NOWHERE TO CANCEL THESE FAKE SUBSCRIPTIONS ON THEIR APP.
Disgraceful that these scams are still happenings....

I have been charged for a subscription that I never signed up for and the payments were taken before the month trial period was even over and I was also charged for a meal plan that I didn't even realise was attached..
They are very clever in the wording of the contract so you won't get your money back.. The App itself is not up to much and very basic...

I enrolled for a fit plan, but got subscribed to a monthly foodplan without consent. I emailed twice, no response. There is no way to end the subscription in the app or website. Emailed about that too - no response. Please do not enroll - they are scammers.
Update: within minutes after posting this, I finally received an email of Fit4me:
"Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that the food plan subscription has been successfully cancelled. However, we would like to clarify that the food plan was part of an optional offer, and you did indeed agree to the terms at the time of purchase. This is outlined clearly during the checkout process.
We understand that this may not have been as transparent as it should have been, and we truly apologize for the confusion."
As a lawyer, I can 100% confirm that this was NOT part of the plan I bought or offered as an optional offer, with which I agreed, nor was it part of any of the terms that were shared during the purchase process. Next to that, the terms state that you can easily end your subscription - also not true as it takes a review on Trustpilot to end it. I wish I had read all of the reviews before enrolling. Sad that despite all of these reviews, a company can continue to operate in this illegal way.

Absolute scam. Didn’t sign up for a monthly subscription at all amd yet somehow $60aud has been deducted from my account monthly for the last two months! don’t need your automated response (as seen on response to previous reviews ) “there must be some confusion” because there is not. It’s simply a scam. Monthly deductions for a subscription that never happened. Bizarre at how you think people wont eventually catch on.

I ordered the fitness part but was charged for the fitness and healthy food part, which I did not order. I looked at the programme and due to health reasons this was not fit for purpose for me. I requested a refund for both and they refused. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they charge you for things you didn’t order and put it on a subscription.
Update: you have already emailed me saying that you will not refund my money so why go on here and say that you will look into it????

i ordered a workout print,3 months ago. I just got another charge for another, different print. clicking on links gets me nowhere. i am filing a complaint with the credit card company. this is a scam company, avoiding complaints and refunds.

They charged my credit card 100$ in two days, plus the fact that they had already charged me 30$ for the subscription fees. I had to cancel my credit card and submitted a fraud claim

I stopped the subscription by e-mail but was charged anyway several times for subscription fee. Asked for refund without reply from campany

Thi This app is a complete scam. Signing up is easy, but canceling is almost impossible. Even after requesting cancellation, €38.95 is charged every single day. I can’t log in anymore, my email is not accepted, password reset doesn’t work, and support never replies. No access to the app, but nonstop charges. Stay away from Fit4Me. s app makes it extremely easy to sign up, but almost impossible to cancel. Even after sending an email requesting immediate cancellation, I received a response saying it could take longer than usual because they are “working on it.” In the meantime, a large amount is deducted every single day.
I can no longer log into the app. My email address is suddenly not accepted, and even when I request a password reset, no email ever arrives. I have contacted support multiple times through different email addresses and have received no response at all.
I have no access to the app, yet €38.95 is charged daily. This feels very misleading and exploitative. Think twice before starting anything with this app — once you’re in, you get completely drained of money.
Dear Sir or Madam, 2 februari 2026
Thank you for terminating my account.
In your email, you stated that no daily charges were made. However, charges were deducted on January 29th, 30th, and 31st, and again today, even though my account had already been cancelled and the termination was confirmed.
I therefore kindly request a refund of these charges. You should be able to verify this in my account records.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kind regards

Fraudulent

Subscribed for a month and then all of a sudden another £35 came out of my account for the meal ideas that I never ordered.
Another month has come out of my account of over £80 that I did not subscribe to and no reply from their cancellation team, very poor customer service, have been waiting a week for a reply
Update
06/02 was promised a refund, 12 days later and still not received and emails now being ignored

Unclear checkout process and unresolved refund request
Review:
I am sharing my experience to inform other users.
I purchased the Fit4Me Workout Plan on 28 December. During the checkout process, an additional Meal Plan was charged, which I did not intentionally order. The add-on was included automatically unless actively skipped, which I found insufficiently clear.
After discovering the charge, I contacted customer support and formally requested cancellation and a refund, providing the required documentation. While the company responded, my request regarding the cancellation and refund of the Workout Plan itself has not been clearly addressed, and the refund has not been processed so far.
Customer support stated that the Meal Plan is non-refundable due to personalization, but did not explain why the cancellation of the main Workout Plan was not handled in line with my request. I recommend that potential customers carefully review the checkout screen and all add-ons before completing payment. I hope the company will resolve this matter properly.

I found it easy to set up. Difficult to start with. But Ray 27 and getting used to it. I don’t know if it is worth paying for.
