Issue resolved
I wanted to provide an update. Since my review fit4me contacted me and since then they have resolved my problem and issued a full refund which i have received.
Customer service was super quick and helpful to be fair and i'm happy with my outcome - thank you Ella.
As with all these online apps i would suggest to do your own due diligence - but they do exist and clearly have teething problems, but i'm happy that things were able to be resolved quickly and in a very professional manor.
I subscribed for a 4 week trial for £11.76 (€15) in Dec 25. I downloaded the app - could not log on from the moment i subscribed. Tried the desktop same issue - it's like i don't exist. Have written to cancel any further subscription as can't access account to cancel. For me this is a scam, it is about time auto renewal was an option after the initial period - not a default - these companies are ripping off consumers and making millions out of them. Avoid

I don’t quite know how I fell for this
I don’t quite know how I fell for this! They offered a subscription for €15 then when I had paid via Apple Pay and opened the app, I see that the monthly subscription is €36!! I have sent an email requesting to cancel my subscription as per my statutory right and have informed my bank on the same day that I paid (as there was NO possibility to cancel on the app as they state nor do I see the subscription appearing under Apple subscriptions).

I’m not able to understand instructors English. And the video display on my iPhone is too small, so I tried my iPad and it display is the same size. If you can’t make changes this is a waste of my money and time.

Clear instructions but need some space…
Clear instructions and also useful with accompanying video explanations. The disadvantage is that you
need to have a large section of wall free to be able to do the exercises. Or at least enough space along a wall.
