This is a scam company with criminal energy
This is a scam company with criminal energy. I made the same experience as all the others. I ordered the "worlds first portable work station" after I saw an impressive video about its function. No response for three weeks and many unanswered e-mail requests . Finally, the same piece of plastic junk (table holder) arrived as it had been send to other customers. I assume, they will not refund my money and just play dead. Strong warnings should be placed at Facebook, because they run adds there.
HORRIBLE COMPANY NOTHING BUT SAMMERS!!
I bought a Portable Work Station which was supposed to be used for a laptop in 5-6 different positions!! It was a gift for my son for his birthday. It took 60 days for 2 pieces of plastic to arrive that is NOT the desk at all. I don't know what they were supposed to be for ??? I emailed them probably 20 times wanting a new desk sent out overnight or a full refund of my $25.97 USD back and they only offered me a $4.00 refund so far!! SCAMMERS, LIARS, CHEATERS, IT FIGURES SINCE THE COMPANY IS BASED OUT OF CHINA BUT STATES SHIPPED FROM US!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB, POLICE, AUTHORITIES ETC... I HOPE THEIR BUSINESS GOES INTO BANKRUPTCY!!! WORSE COMPANY EVER IN WORLD HISTORY!! I am going to continue to email them, call them, send legal paperwork via from my attorney to get my full refund back of $25.97

SCAM
SCAM
Ordered a Portable Work Station and they sent some plastic small stuff that can't even hold up a computer. It just a disgrace. fitbur.com is just a SCAM.
scammed
same as everybody else. I paid around $20 for the wooden portable work station which turned out to be a plastic thing and customer service is offering me a $5 refund.
Lies.
Same here: Ripped off. Paid >$30 for an amazing-looking, wooden "portable workstation" based on their (fake) video ad. Confirmation email contained a bogus tracking number (red flag), then i ultimately received an amazingly crappy, plastic (dollar-store-grade) "Laptop Stand" -- such an obviously awful scam. Caveat Emptor. Lesson learned. These guys are crooks.
Total scam
Total scam. The ordered notebook stand turns out to be a super chep plastic crap.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!
Like everyone else, I also got scammed by Fitbur.com on the purchase of the Portable Laptop Workstation which they kept advertising on Instagram.
I ordered a robust looking wooden laptop stand for $30 (+delivery), but they sent me a very substandard plastic item totally different from what they advertised. Tried to reach them via email and they offered to refund $4 as compensation for what they termed "Their Mistake". It's been over 3 weeks and I've sent numerous emails to them, no response; they wouldn't even return the $4. Thieves!
Fraud seller.
Ordered a wooden laptop stand
and got a little plastic items < 1 USD.
After reading all this here on trustpilot, I made a phone call with PayPal for Fraud protection.
They gave me back the whole price, but as gift card for "valued customer". So please: Call all PayPal for fraud protection so the merchant becomes locked out from paypal.
They are cheater
They are cheater! I've bought 2 pieces of they portable laptop stand, that in the video adv looks great. But I received ONLY ONE of a poor piece of plastic, that you can find easily for about 10 dollars. I wrote to Fitbur and they replyed after 7 days saying "sorry, we offer you a 5$ refund or you have to send it back to China spending money". What? On the second email they offered me 7$ refund. This is a real fraud and they cheat people!
Got scammed with the laptop stand as well
I ordered the wooden portable Laptop stand article titled "The World's First Portable Work Station" as well and got scammed as well. They have sent a cheap plastic tablet stand. On complaining they offered to refund $5 or I have to send the item back to China.
I filed a complaint via Paypal, there they offered a refund of $7 which I refused. Paypal requested me to open a criminal complaint at my local police and then decided the case in my favor so I got my full money back.
Got the ad for the item via Instagram. I should have guessed it, the site looks strange and the prices are just too low.
Laptop workstation
I purchased a laptop workstation and instead received a small plastic ‘thing’ that I think is a laptop stand. I contacted the company stating I expect to receive what I paid for. No response yet. Please be aware and do not buy. My lesson learnt 😡 why can’t people and “companies” be honest and provide customers with what they buy????
While I did receive an item…
While I did receive an item (full stop), in the realm of what I had ordered, I most definitely did not receive the item pictured. I would proceed with caution if ordering from this website as items are not as they appear.
For clarification, I had ordered "The World's First Portable Work Station" and instead received a compact tilt stand for my laptop. worth at best about $10. I paid $26 including shipping and was surprised that said item was delivered to my mailbox and not my door [when you approximate the size box that should be arriving].
The item did come with a return notice with a 7 day window, so hopefully you're keeping track of your items soon to arrive to take advantage of that option if you'd rather your money back. At this point for me it's not woth the effort and still useful. \_(-_-)_/
