I was recently recommended the CBD Oil as I have been struggling to sleep. It is an absolute game changer!!! I have a few drops before bed and not only does it help me have an uninterrupted nights sleep, I also wake up a lot more alert & in a better mood too. It has also eased my anxiety a lot!

I decided to try the moisturiser too when I spotted it on the website, it feels so lovely on my skin. It's really lightweight, and my skin feels so much more hydrated.

I work as a Life Changing Coach, and have had and still do suffer with mild anxiety and poor sleep! It's ok but not the best out there. The full spectrum is what you want as it contains other parts of the plant which also benefit you. When you add taste you lose potency.

I had been suffering with chronic shoulder pain for a couple of weeks so hoped cbd could at least aid a little pain. Around 3 days after starting using it my shoulder pain disappeared. Maybe a coincidence I can’t be sure, but I feel between taking the oil and using the roll on it definitely helped.
