Measurable results in one week online
Recipes were quick & easy, workouts were hard, but by modifying where necessary, I got through. My coach, Brenda, is supportive and encouraging. (And has a great sense of humor, too!) After only one week of the online program, I see noticeable results. An inch here and there, a couple of kg… I’m headed in the right direction!
Brilliant Retreat Choice

Supportive, flexible and genuinely life-changing experience
Fantastic experience for a second time around — this time in the Cotswolds (previously Dorset). The team are incredibly supportive, flexible and genuinely cares about helping people succeed at their own level.
They were especially accommodating around some personal commitments I needed to manage whilst there, and also provided fantastic support relating to my daughter’s DofE Residential requirements.
The workshops were excellent — varied, practical and still highly valuable even on a repeat visit, reinforcing key ideas in new ways. The exercise sessions were brilliantly led, fun, motivating and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Great food, great atmosphere and a genuinely outstanding team throughout.
What particularly struck me on this visit was how many other people had either been before or were already planning to return again. Clearly, I’m not the only one finding FitFarms such an important part of both the physical and mental well-being journey.
Amazing experience
I’ve just returned from a fabulous week at FitFarms. The planning and expertise put into the program by Stephen and his team was exceptional. The whole team have been so supportive in every single aspect whether it was physical, nutritional, emotional or educational. I truly feel that they’ve given me the knowledge and encouragement to continue my journey and give me a new start to how I live the rest of my life
I would thoroughly recommend FitFarms…
I would thoroughly recommend FitFarms to anyone of any age and any athletic ability that wants to improve their health/fitness.
The team were so welcoming and friendly whilst also being extremely knowledgeable on health, fitness and nutrition.
They expertly adjusted fitness classes to ensure everyone was supported, but also challenged.
Thank you Stephen, Brenda and the team!
Wellness break, with great people!
Really enjoyed my long weekend in the Cotswolds. A bit nervous attending something like this on my own, but most people were in the same boat and the team and all the other attendees were so nice. There was a good variety of exercises, tailored to different levels and healthy, balanced and tasty meals. The setting is really tranquil, a real wellness break. Would recommend and would go back (and/or I might try another location)
So far I’ve been on two fit farm…
So far I’ve been on two fit farm holidays the first one was in the Cotswolds which was absolutely amazing perfect location and an ideal setting. I lost 6.5 lb in weight in a week. I found the food absolutely amazing and the mindfulness sessions were really good and the exercise classes were really good as well. The team that won these retreats for a week did an absolutely amazing job. The food was amazing good variety very healthy and nutritious.I came away from this holiday telling myself you can do this.
My second fit farm experience was in Portugal which was absolutely amazing better because of the location than the first one. It was my first fit farms overseas retreat and I found an experience really good. Pick me up from the airport perfect the accommodation was amazing yet again the food was absolutely lovely and nutritious the exercise classes were amazing. The mindfulness sessions are really good as well. I’ve got a lot out of this week. Personally I would recommend fit farms to anyone one m
Not Fit for Purpose
Over priced and over promised, don’t believe the hype.
The variety of needs of the the people who attended was not matched by staff. There should have been twice as many which would have made two. The owners were there : cook & massage; the trainer: amazing but in his own with visiting yoga teachers twice. I left early and those who stayed told me there was very little for them to do afterwards and they wished they had left with me.
Food: low calorie and small potions was a way to lose weight - phrase with Sherlock Holmes springs to mind - just an excuse to save money; vegetarian food and dairy-free were a joke, for example mushrooms and tomato was one breakfast claiming the mushrooms were the protein. The dairy-free client got sick of the sick of coconut milk and coconut yoghurt.
Accommodation: old dusty, musty, dirty. No cleaning was down whilst we were there, bins over flowing with dirty tissues and showers filthy.
Exercise: brilliant - only due to the fact that the trainer was excellent, he was alone though and when he should have had a Co-trainer.
Massage - used a massage gun.
Wouldn’t recommend the Cotswold experience. Not the experience anyone would want.
