I started my Fit Father journey at the beginning of July. My starting weight was 182 pounds. My current weight is 149 pounds. I’ve been pleased with program. I’ve done a good job following the meal plan, but I haven’t done the exercise portion at all. I do walk at least 4 miles a day. Dr. A says 80% of weight loss is nutrition. With this program it is true. If you follow the meal plan you will lose weight.

Fit father project changed my life and my families life. I owe them much more than the price of the program. These guys perform miracles.

I think the program is just awesome. The blueprint is ideal to follow, keeps you from hurting yourself, and you will progress if you kerp at it. Being accountable to the program and your goals keeps you disciplined. I have lost 17 lbs with 5 more to go to reach my goal. And I have been pretty sick twice which caused me to lose 1 month of the four months since I started. I highly recommend if your serious about your goals.

I think the daily emails are a helpful reminder that FFP really wants you to succeed. Ton of information. Also the Facebook site to connect with others is awesome. It shows you are not alone.

For some reason I can’t login to the fit father program. Is there a time limit on the password. I paid the fee but can’t have access to the program. I am not computer literate. Help

Everything with FFP has been a great experience. The amount of knowledge that I've gained is priceless. I've been through several other programs and nothing can come close to comparison. FFP has the best coaching team hands down. The most important thing is that this isn't the run of the mill fad diet. It's a sustainable lifestyle!

What I really like about this program is that it provides structure to make successes for men who really want to improve their health and fitness, no matter what their level of motivation is, without being super intense or setting you up for failure like so many other programs eventually do. The support and encouragement at the level that the individual needs/wants is enough to push you to make progress but not at the level of annoyance. The support and caring is really genuine and is what really sets you guys apart from all others.

I am just beginning the plan but the organization and thoroughness of the material is outstanding. The coupling of this plan with the podcast really distinguishes the experience.

Great program and products. I have my protein powder and supplements on a subscription and like the fact I can make changes at any time. I’m always informed by email when I will be charged and when my products will arrive.

This is my second round to use the TestBoost product. I find it, along with clean eating, regular exercise, water and sleep, to add to my desires to be healthy and active.

I think that the program is very well structured, I got lots of gains from it and more information than what I was expecting on many important topics.
I highly recommend this to anyone serious enough to take the challenge.
