The experience with the supplements and shirt were what would be expected, but the rating is for how transformational the program has been in my life. I have become healthier and happier since finding the Fit Father Project. Lost weight, gained strength, took on new hobbies and become more connected to family and friends.

On the Test Boost RX - I find that I sleep deeper and better when I take them before bed and have more energy in the morning.

I have been very satisfied with the response I have gotten from FFP. Last year I had rotator cuff, bicep problems, and torn Achilles tendon. I was not sure if I could workout at contacted FFP. I got a quick response from Ben and he explained that with all the injuries there was not much I could to until I healed. Although I was disappointed at not being able to exercise I took his advice and now I am back to normal and workouts are going great. I give a big thanks to Ben and FFP.

I have had continued late deliveries on my supplements. I havent had a delivery show on time in months. I don’t mind a day or two, but 5 or 6 days is a bit much. Delivery from Fit Father was much better a year ago. Not sure what has changed.

Fit Father Project is a great program. It has helped me a lot. I’m more strong and I also loose weight.

The program is explained in a way that just makes sense. The workouts, the diet, it’s all laid out in a way that is easy to follow. The coaches and all the members are also very approachable and extremely encouraging and responsive to any questions that I have had. The community of like-minded people who are encouraging and want you to succeed has been a game changer.
