I placed an order several weeks ago. I received a partial order in a couple weeks. Been waiting for my other product…test booster for about a month. I’ve texted support four times for an update on shipment and no one has responded to me. Very disappointed….customer service, do better!

I love super fuel, but shipping was lagging from the time you charged me to delivery with no communication, That can improve. Also, maybe we can save on money if you purchased smaller containers? Big container half full? You’ll have a scripted answer but it looks cheap and we feel like you’re ripping us off. Stay strong!

- Daily emails for the first 30 days to get my new habits on track was extremely helpful.
- Support from both staff (email) and other members (from the Facebook group) helped me keep going and answered questions I had quickly.
- Encouragement beyond physical health for men to become better men relationally, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, etc. was helpful because each of these components affects the others. A physically healthy man who is relationally unhealthy is still an unhealthy man.

The Perfect Plate Diet plan and the MRT/HIIT workouts of FF30X allowed me to lose 15.5 pounds in the first 4 weeks of the program. I look and feel better than I have in a long time.

One of the biggest benefits of the Perfect Plate Concept and clean eating, for me, has been a drastic reduction in the inflammation and end of day total body pain I was experiencing. I had been taking daily prescription NSAIDS for this intense arthritic type ache and after a few days of eliminating sugar, refined carbs, and highly processed foods, I stopped taking them completely.

The diet plan is simple and effective. Posting updates in the chat forum helps keep you accountable and motivated. Questions are answered quickly and the suggestions received are insightful and helpful.
