If you're considering FitGro, save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I signed up for the support - the same support they constantly boasted about (some might say beat their chests over) - and got nothing but silence. No access to the help desk for months, constant domain and email issues (which I had to try and fix myself), workflows that ignore client tags and still fire off check-ins, and a platform so slow it feels like dial-up.
Every contact I had at the company ended up leaving - and so did the next. Zero consistency, no follow-through, and no one who actually sees things through to resolution.
After countless hours of trying to fix things on my own, all I got were polite conversations and no real progress. This has been one of the most disappointing and time-wasting platforms I’ve ever used in business. Proceed with caution.
And just to top it off - there’s nowhere public to leave a review. That says a lot.
