Below average gym with the worst contract ever
Ordinary gym with horrible contract conditions. I had a 1 year contract with them that happened to overlap with the worst of the 2020-2021 pandemic, so the gym was closed for more than 6 months. At the end of my contract, I moved away from Austria and officially asked them to terminate my contract. However, they showed no understanding whatsoever and still forced me to pay all the months until December 2021 including!!! I could take advantage of their offer to be compensated for the months the gym was closed due to the pandemic, but that would only extend my contract by another 6 months and I would still be liable to pay for another 6 months after not even living in the country anymore. Do NOT use their services! The below average quality of the gym experience is not worth all the trouble.
