Horrendous customer service!
I ordered a pair of jeans and the wrong colour arrived. The customer service is horrendous. They are not responding to emails. They asked me to send proof of the wrong colour which I did and nothing! There are no phone numbers to ring! So I’ve got a pair of jeans that are the wrong colour and no one is responding to my emails! So frustrated.

Customer service and quality.. BAD
I reached out one week ago about returning the jeans and still have yet to hear back from anyone. They smelled like bleach right out of the bag and the quality felt very low. They are stretchy but feel like jeggings more than jeans. The fact that their customer service is this bad is reason enough for me to never shop there again. Buyer beware!

Rinse Blue - good choice
I like the colour - Rinse Blue and the best stretch! I wish you had the same colour in skinny high waist, I would surely order that also. Overall nice experience. Liked the discount and fast delivery. Delivery to parcel machine, because I am seldom not home to receive delivery from the courier.

FitJeans deliver on their promise by fitting your curves and making you look fabulous. I bought four pairs, and I love that they cater to tall girls like me.
I gave them four stars instead of five because I purchased both a medium and a large. While both sizes fit my curves perfectly, they are a bit tight around the waist. However, they don’t roll down, so I can still wear them comfortably.
I will definitely purchase from this company again.
