Stronger than my excuses!!!
I had long believed that maintaining a consistent workout routine was unrealistic for me, given my multiple responsibilities. I thought starting small would be enough. Ankur thought differently — and I’m grateful he did.
There were days I struggled, and I’m sure he did too — especially with my endless doubts and creative excuses! I clearly remember telling him one thing:
“Don’t give up on me, because I tend to.”
And he didn’t.
His constant follow-ups — meal pictures, tracking sheets, structured workouts — kept me accountable and moving forward.
From 60 kg to 49.35 kg. From eating clean to learning balance (even with the occasional cheat day!). From intermittent fasting to feeling like I’ve regained the metabolism I had 20 years ago. From stubborn post-pregnancy belly fat to wearing my favourite corduroys from 15 years ago — and now needing a belt for them!
I have never felt fitter, stronger, or more committed to myself. I never imagined I would work this hard for my own health — but he made me believe I could.
He pushed me when I needed it, supported me when I doubted myself, and tailored every meal plan and workout to suit my lifestyle. My workout hour became the best hour of my day.
As he says, “Your transformation has just begun.”
And I truly believe that now.
