SCAM alert. Customer service is very slow in responding to any communication. There is no phone number to call so you have to rely on email. I scheduled my testing and after my date was confirmed they cancelled my appointment and automatically rescheduled me several weeks later at a time that I was not available. When I asked for a refund due to the schedule changes I was informed that this was not possible.

I have done a few test as an early customer in NYC and have been testing now in Scottsdale for the past year or so. Always a great experience with the team. Both locations have been great. I would recommend because of the convenience of reports over the years.

I got a package with four tests and have been coming back regularly. Overall it's smooth but sometimes the schedule doesn't work. I like that I can put my scans on the same report and compare. The facility I go to is professional, friendly and well-maintained. I would sign up again after I finish my pack.

My wife and I did the VO2 Max test and it was very informative. I'm glad to see we kept our fitness level. Will be trying again in six months. Scheduling was smooth and the online reports look great. We are doing the complimentary follow up call to clear up some final questions. Overall, it was good.

I did three DEXA scans so far and it’s always a great experience. Dr. Mansour at Fitnescity is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I have referred a lot of my own clients to the service.

Purchased 2 Dexa sessions in Miami and they over-estimated my body fat on the second scan just to get me to pay $195 for a coaching session. Not trustworthy. It also took them a whole week to get my (false) results.

I am a boxer and I had those tests many times and recommended for my wife and my mom for bone density. thankful for the services and collaboration from Fitnescity.

Good experience with Fitnescity and the facility. I recommend both. I am scheduling now again after the holidays.

I got a DEXA scan at the New Jersey partner. The office is loverly and the staff is wonderful. The physician there does a review of your results, but when I returned I was told the review would be virtual. I had to wait to get a spot on the schedule two days later but it was fine and the results are also pretty straightforward. I highly recommend the Fitnescity platform and loved watching it grow.

I did a DEXA to see bone density and muscle mass and I found out about the metabolic resting test so I did it too. It was at a different clinic and I had to go to two locations, which is not ideal but at least I have the results under the same company now. I learned a lot and changed my macros and as someone who lost 45 lbs and still has more to go this is eye opening. I have a family history of heart disease and diabetes so I this is very valuable. While I want to lose wait, I didn't understand the plateau and now I see why. I am coming back now after a while to see how it all worked out. Fingers crossed.

I love this place! I went there for the package deal of checking my bodyfat (DEXA), metabolism and Vo2max. I'm obsessive about my health markers as these three tests are crucial for improving my fitness and longevity. Fitnescity provided me with these tests, but they also have great one on one consultations to help me make sense of these complicated tests. They gave me wonderful ideas and suggestions to help me make improvements with all three of these markers. I am planning to go back in 3 months. If you're a health freak like me, Fitnescity is the place to go. My highest recommendation!

Advice: Book directly with the place that does the testing. Fitnescity is only a booking agent, that raises the price and takes a cut. The service it books for you would be much better by the fitness centers themselves.

First, The driving directions I was given led me to believe it was at a hospital rehab center. Instead, I ended up outside a large gym, with no labeling of Fitnescity or the Hospital Name. I called three phone numbers for Fitnescity before getting a human, who then apologized but said the testing was in the gym. Once in the rehab center of "hospital,' a technician got me for my testing. Turns out I could have had the same testing for a significant amount less money AND he would have sat down with me to go over the results. Instead, I got a print out then a weekend later an email from Fitnescity that I could access my results, if I filled out a form, which i had already filled out once. I did it two more times, then went around with the phone calls and emails again. I got one line, finally, and the pages would not load fully. It took 24 hours before the images would load fully. Whew! So - now I can access my results.

BUT without paying more, I can't ask any questions.
Like why is my RMR listed in the 1300's AND in the 1500's? Which is it? And why has a calorie deficit not resulted in weight loss. This makes no sense.

It would be helpful to have someone to talk it through with. But with Fitnescity - you have to pay extra for that, I guess. BTW - it is included if you book directly through the rehab center - Part of their SERVICE.

I did not realize that Fitnescity worked with a contractor. I was not clear on what I paid for (this could be my error, I thought the metabolic stats were included with the dexa scan). I am still waiting for results, when i could have spoken with the contractor directly.

The test is amazing. If I was aware that Fitnescity was using a contractor and I would have booked directly with the contractor. I would have my results when I left, as opposed to waiting, and the cost of the test and the analysis would have been half the cost.

I am a longtime Fitnescity customer and recently with COVID-19 I was happy to see that they launched at-home lab tests. I did the comprehensive one with cholesterol test, glucose test, pre-diabetes, testosterone and other hormones and vitamins. My vitamin D was very low even though I thought I was supplementing enough. This is the best test I've see so far and good value. I did my research and you can't beat the price for everything that's included. I even got a physician call included for free. Highly recommend. The only thing is the wait time. I had to wait 12 days before I got my results online.

I tried the blood biomarker test and received it here at home in Redondo Beach, CA. I love that the results have a lot of info and are easy to read. I didn't get my testosterone though. I was told that the methodology used for testing gives a lot of markers and as result cannot be used for female testosterone testing due to inherently low values. Looks like they'll be releasing a separate hormone test for cortisol, testosterone and other hormones, which makes sense. Other than that the entire experience was great!

Cool stuff. Metabolic testing (RMR) is pretty unique and much more accurate. Finally found my new spot for regular, professional body fat testing. Let's see if my body fat will drop next month! Did the BOD POD. I just wish the DEXA scan was available already, so I can get data by body part. They offered me 3D body scanning though in the meantime.
