  1. Personal Trainer

Written by the company

Founded in 1999 by CEO Scott Hunt with a vision to make fitness more accessible, Fitness Enhancement has grown into one of Australia’s largest personal training companies. From the first “100% private” studio in Nerang to mobile training across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, franchising began in 2014 to attract passionate, career-focused trainers. Today, our franchising model has enabled us to expand to over 4,000 suburbs across 10 cities throughout Australia, combining the strength of a national brand with the care of family-owned local businesses. Fitness Enhancement has earned multiple industry awards, including 2023 Franchise Group of the Year, but its proudest achievements remain the long-term success of its trainers and clients, many having been with us for over two decades.

I can’t recommend my personal trainer…

I can’t recommend my personal trainer at Fitness Enhancement enough. Being in my 50s and getting back into exercise, I was honestly a bit nervous to start again, but she has made the whole experience so positive and enjoyable.

She’s incredibly friendly and patient, and really takes the time to understand where I’m at. I never feel rushed or judged, and she always adjusts each session to suit my pace while still keeping me motivated. That balance has made such a big difference for me.

We do two mobile sessions a week, which has been amazing for convenience, and I genuinely look forward to every session. I’m feeling stronger, more confident, and more consistent than I’ve been in years.

If you’re thinking about getting back into fitness, especially later in life, I couldn’t ask for a better trainer to guide and support you.
