If good customer service important to you...
I want to mark this company down. I really do. But I can't! There was a problem with my order, not of their making but with a 3rd party they distribute the E-Bikes through. Although to date, some problems are still to sort, throughout the process, FG have have kept me informed, told me how they now intend to buy stock in to avoid this happening to someone else and EVEN paid to have the order expedited out of their own pocket when it wasn't their fault! They have also stopped me from worrying by offering a full refund throughout. The FG team and customer service alone rates them the additional star from my previous review.
