This is the third time we have used FitNFix and they are great. Communication, service, organisation, and friendly people. We had the kitchen sink replaced and we are very happy! Will and Glen came today and could not have been better! The job was completed with no noise or fuss. They were polite and respectful too. I will use them in the future. Farida in the office was excellent and again very professional. Thank you to all the team I highly recommend FitNFix.

5 star service from the moment the phone was picked up (lovely Farida is a superstar, fitted me in for an appointment same day!) to the engineering team (Bruno obviously knows his way around a boiler/heating system, no faff, procrastination, he was focused and efficient) to the followup call I got the day after to check I was happy with everything.

We have had the very pleasant experience of using FitnFix plumbing. First used a few days ago to stop a leak within our block of flats utility cupboard. Will identify each flat’s water pipe by testing and marking flat numbers on each for future identification. He repaired the leak and vacuumed up any water left by the leak.
Being so impresses with Will’s service, I telephone and booked an appointment to install a stopcock within the inspection cupboard next to my property. I received a brilliant communication service by Farida including text updates throughout. The job was executed very smoothly by Will who was polite and helpful. It was a delight to deal with such a professional company and their staff.

I am very grateful to have this company at hand to call when there is a problem with our boiler. Every single time I receive good, honest and knowledgeable communication. The work is done well and thoroughly. I am taken seriously when asking questions about details that I haven't understood yet.

Push button on the loo stopped working yesterday afternoon. Bruno popped over with a replacement but unfortunately couldn’t repair as it was the whole flush system. Called Stan in the office and everything replaced in a timely manner. Well happy with the job and Will.

Will did an excellent job, fixed multiple issues in single visit. Shower, toilet valve and replaced basin taps. Strongly recommend

This is a plumbing company with an excellent reputation. Based in SE London they deal with all matters relating to plumbing. Furthermore, they keep a listing of all gas safe done for their clients. I recently needed a master copy of a gas safe so I emailed admin at fitnfix who delivered a master copy on the same day. Thank you fitnfix a company that goes the extra mile.

10/10 from FitnFix as always. I found myself home a day before the booked appointment and they went out of their way to accommodate me earlier than expected.
Will did a great job and was very efficient with his work. All waste from the job was cleared after without request.

We had a heat pump system installed by fitnfix. The work was carried out over a week or so mainly by George but also by Stan. Good communication and really friendly & hardworking. Would recommend

I hired this company based on an estimate that the job would take between 1-2 hours at a rate of £80 per hour. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. The technician arrived around 11 AM and didn’t leave until after 5 PM, taking a full day to complete the job. Despite the estimate, there was no communication that the job would take longer than expected.

In addition, the technician was unprepared with the correct materials, requiring me to provide MDF wood. He also took a lengthy 30-minute break to retrieve supplies from his van and a trip to the shop for glue further extending the job time unnecessarily.

At the end of the day, I was handed a £500 bill, which was far higher than anticipated. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience."

Fitnfix helped us remodel a stair cupboard into a wc/ cloakroom. Gordon who did majority of the work was pleasant and had some great suggestions as how to best hide the electric and gas meters while maintaining necessary access. Planning and communication were second to none. Very pleased with the result.

Have used FITnFIX on three occasions now (2 tap replacements and a leak investigation) and have been pleased with the work, communication and overall great quality of the whole team! They are my go-to service now.
