Order placed almost a month ago, payed for 1-2 days delivery and it never arrived. I tried to contact them over email, website, Fb - multiple times, zero reply! Horrible horrible horrible service!

I've put a complaint into the financial ombudsman, as it's disgusting service, lack of communication . Under section 75 of the consumer and credit act. As well as the charge back. I have tried every means to contact your company via email . I have had to take it to Instagram which is so unprofessional!

I bought 3 pairs of shorts and one sports bra. The sports bra is good quality but the shorts are not squat proof as advertised. The material is nice and soft but I’d rather spend my money on one pair of good quality gymshark shorts than 3 pairs that are utterly useless for lower body days. Thank god I bought these items on sale because I would be devastated if I bought them full price only to discover you cannot get your money back (only credit note). This is ludicrous as you can only assume the rest of their items will be the same quality. Legally they should offer money back as they are selling items that aren’t as advertised but looking at these reviews it seems unlikely. I’ll be selling my items on depop or other websites in hope to get some money back, especially as I would have to pay for my return. If you’re not going to be squatting/bending over then this brand is for you but if you lift weights (squats, deadlifts) DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Stick with gymshark.

Ordered £60 worth of clothes with express shipping. Parcel was apparently dispatched- almost 30 days later and I still have not received my order. Got in touch with customer services and was told all I could be offered was a credit of £60 to repurchase the clothes. Luckily bought this through Klarna so have paused my payment.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. This company are scam artists at best. The good reviews on here are FAKE. My partner purchased from here and all CLOTHES ARE SEE THROUGH! Yet when you return them (at your own cost of course) they send you a credit note and say "iTs iN oUr teRMs ANd cONdiTioNs" so you either waste your money, or have to purchase even more of their useless items!? You also can't review this company on Facebook as they have turned the option off in the hopes people aren't going to search here. Honestly Avoid at all costs, you WILL be ripped off.

Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else again! Perfect quality, affordable prices. Completely squat proof! Can not wait to order some more :-)

Clothing is ridiculously see through and you won’t get your money back, just a credit note. Poor quality wouldn’t buy again

THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered £303 of items (how stupid could I be). They have printed their own Click and Drop label saying that the parcel is 3.5kg, but then have only sent me 11 out of 19 items, and no invoice or paperwork with the parcel. Looking at my email invoice, they have sent all of the first part of the list of items but nothing past the 11th item. They now say I have to send all the items back for store credit, except I obviously don't have 8 of the items...All the while the person that I am speaking to is rude and sarcastic, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I didn’t enjoy buying from this company. Pre ordered the leggings but when I was trying to find the company a few months ago to track my order I found it really difficult. Even when the package came it did not include any name or a paper including my order number etc like clothing company usually does. Had to sit through my emails trying to find the company email because they think they’re so well known they don’t have to include their name in their packaging? Safe to say I struggled massively.

After trying on the leggings, which were way to small, I obviously had to send them back. You have to email them to request a form, which takes ages, and then send it back with your own money. On the form it stated exchange or return, I selected return thinking I would get my money back but no I have to buy from this company again? Don’t waste your time with this company.

I think someone bought fake accounts and wrote good opinions. This is joke! I waiting from 1,5 months and still nothing! They all the time sending emails about new clothes but still I didn't get my legginsy and top. Definetely I m not recommend and I will be warning everyone.!

Great quality products and quick deliveries. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
