I ordered products, paid and after 4 days I didn't receive anything. Upon my insitutions, I was told that they didn't have one of the products and it was still taking a while! A mess of service and customer contact/relationship!

Extremely poor communication and unfulfilled order after a month
I ordered two items that were listed as "in stock" on the website. I received the initial email confirmation, but that was it.After two weeks of total silence, I tried contacting customer support. Their chatbot was completely useless for a query as simple as checking my order status. When I finally managed to speak with a human agent, I was told they had supplier issues but had just received the items that exact day and would ship them the following day. This turned out to be false.Another week passed before I received a shipping notification with a tracking number. However, the courier company never sent any updates. After checking the tracking link another week later, I discovered that the store had only generated the shipping label, but the actual package was never handed over to the courier.It has now been a full month. I have not received my products, only repeated misinformation and excuses. I highly recommend avoiding this website.
