We absolutely love our extra large BERG…
We absolutely love our extra large BERG PlayBase! The quality of the equipment is fantastic and it has quickly become a huge hit with both our boys (and the adults!).
I also want to give a special mention to Sophia in Customer Care, who has been absolutely incredible. We had an issue with one of the components shortly after purchasing our PlayBase, and Sophia went above and beyond to help us. She contacted the supplier on our behalf and managed to arrange a replacement for us under the warranty.
The whole experience has been brilliant, from the quick delivery to the quality of the equipment and the customer care when we needed some help.
Sophia is a real credit to BERG. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle free. We would absolutely recommend BERG! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
