Would give it no stars if I could

Would give it no stars if I could - total scam, spent £99 lost nothing except my money then discovered it was using reputable people and shows like Dragons Den to advertise it falsely reported it to PayPal who have done nothing to help me get my money back and they want me to return the bottles at my cost to ship to Germany! I only have one tub as binned the others! So much for money back guarantee - avoid these at all cost

Scam, please read reviews before purchasing

I ordered 3 x £33.00 bottles of Fitsmart expecting miracles, that I could get my weight under control. However tablets arrived, I took them exactly as advised, however if anything I felt hungrier than normal and they did absolutely nothing for my weight. I would strongly advise you NOT to buy this item. I contacted the company regarding returning the item, I can only return unopened bottles costing me £33 for the bottle which I had to open to trial them, then in addition I have to pay minimum £19.50 to return this item to Germany, a total loss to me of £52.50….What a joke….

Fake, Fraudulant, Scam. Do not buy from this company.

I was stupid and gullible in the middle of the night at a low ebb to believe their nonsense and place an order.
Their website advertised using Dragons Den and Boots. Then it tricks you into ordering 5 bottles for £129 plus postage. The next morning upon reading reviews and warnings, including one from Deborah Meadon of Dragon’s Den, I realised it was all a scam. I requested a refund, to cancel my payment and any subscription I had inadvertently agreed to. Fortunately I was able to cancel the hidden subscription on PayPal but I never received a reply from the company until - would you believe - they knew it had been delivered!! Then they stated that “as I had received my order I should return the package and once they received it they would refund”.
Yeah right.
Not believing them for one minute, a belief confirmed by many reviews, that I would never see the money again, I opened one of the bottles and tried the capsules. They made me feel dreadful - drowsy, tearful, dry mouth, distended abdomen; quite I’ll. I emailed the company again threatening a poor review and that I would report them to the advertising standards agency and whoever I could to expose them for their scam unless they paid my refund through PayPal. I have neither a refund nor a response from them, so now my mission is to prevent them doing this to anyone else.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Research

I was interested in trying these slimming tablets, but I did look on the Boots website thinking I would buy them from the Boots store but could not find them anywhere on their site or I store so did wonder if when I read the negative reviews that I was better giving them a miss

Oh FFS !!!

Oh FFS !!! Wish I'd seen these reviews before placing my order (#117480). I replied to my confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing the order, they had better cancel and refund immediately. They should not be allowed to use false advertising of Dragons Den and Boots, but then again, Facebook don't seem to care what is on their platform.

So glad it's not just me!!!!! It's a con!!!!

So glad it's not just me after reading others reviews. Exactly, it says if not happy I can return and be refunded, obviously I'm going to open them and try them otherwise how do you know if your happy with them. Anyway I'm not happy with them, I've been trying to find how to return them there's nothing visible, no email address that I can see to ask about how to do this, I've had to report it, it's false advertising, please can someone help me with a refund and how to return the rest of them I order and paid £100 25th May, I've been trying to find out how to return for over a month!!!
Thanks

Hope and pray

I was so looking forward to my 3 bottles turning up. Saw this and it says it's a scam. Some people are desperate to lose a bit of weight. I'm still gonna try them as a live in hope.

Fals Advertising - Update on refund / return

Fitsmart
I have eventually got this company to accept my return of 3 bottles out of the 5. Please do not accept their e-mail of the 14 day return policy as this was not how they are advertised. Keep sending the e-mails and ask for the Directors e-mail address if you get no joy. Perseverance works. It cost me £12 to return but it was worth it on principal

I feel like a complete idiot

I feel like a complete idiot, being taken in by the extremely misleading advertising. There is no endorsement or affiliation with Dragon's Den. I will be complaining to FaceBook about this. Unfortunately, I have opened one of the three bottles I purchased, but would like a refund for the two unopened ones. Shame on you for your dishonesty. My order number is #109144.
