As a first time customer of FITSTUFF.CO.UK I felt compelled to write a few lines about my positive experience.
I 'stumbled' across their website, via a Google search for a specific running trainer. I found the website was easy to navigate. Not only was the said item in stock, in my sizing, it was also in their SALE at a very competitive price.
I made a purchase and thereafter received email updates regarding the progress of my purchase and its delivery.
The Trainers arrived the next day, well packaged and clearly labelled.
In conclusion I'd like to say I had a positive experience throughout and therefore can only give this company a 'HIGHLY RECOMMENDED' rating.

April Lines has supported me amazingly over the last few months as I've been preparing for a marathon. Professional, knowledgable and friendly - I could not have asked for better support.

The run shop staff have also been really helpful.

I cannot recommend Fitstuff more highly and I've been to a lot of physios over the years!

I purchased a pair of Adizero Boston 12's from Fitstuff yesterday afternoon. They arrived this mid-morning today via Royal Mails signed for service. Perfect for my lunch time run!!! Can and definitely will be recommending. Faultless experience. Thank you Fitstuff!!!

I just had to simply put pen to paper! I have known Philippa for nearly 20 years in which she has without doubt seen me through 20 marathons, 75 halves and an ultra on the way. Her ability to quickly get to the core of any niggle, improvement is game changing. You always leave the appointment with a plan and always IF you follow advice - you move on. In fact Philippa has helped my wife complete a triathlon and marathon and both my boys who are competitive national rowers. My advice is see her before it breaks, a good sports massage on a regular basis will prevent injury and significantly improve performance. All that aside - we always have a damn good laugh - who new a little pain on occasion is SO much fun!

Ordered shoes that were a fraction of the cost elsewhere, I stupidly ordered wrong size by mistake, oh my god , they were absolutely amazing, great customer service, so understanding and received the right size within days . Great company.

Cant praise these guys enough. Half price shoes at full price service. Ordered my shoes on a Sunday needed them for a run at the weekend. On the tracking by Wednesday Royal mail were still showing them as in the depot. Contacted Fitstuff and no hesitation sent a second pair next day guaranteed post. They turned up the very next day. Also sods law the first pair turned up (thanks Royal mail). Great communication great service well done.
