Order taken and not delivered back in March. I have tried to contact the company on different occasions to give them an opportunity to respond with no reply. Complete farce. Recommend avoiding them.

I didn't receive my purchase the next day. I didn't choose next day delivery. You don't have a choice but you're expected to pay it. I wouldn't order from this company again

As you reference, we only offer one shipping service on our website. Our standard shipping charge entitles our customers to next working day delivery via DHL as long as they are based within the UK Mainland.
I have looked into your order and can see that it was placed on 29th April after our same day dispatch cut-off and was subsequently dispatched on 30th April on a next working day delivery basis. Delivery was attempted on Saturday 1st April (as this is considered a working day by our couriers), however no one was at home to accept the parcel, so it was returned to the depot for a re-attempted delivery on Tuesday 4th April, which was carried out successfully, following he May bank holiday.
I completely understand your frustrations regarding the delivery timescales experienced, which were not helped by the aforementioned bank holiday and, as such, as a gesture of goodwill, I have added a 10% discount to your account for redemption against a future purchase.

Highly Recommended - Very Affordable and Fast Delivery
Would highly recommend this company. I ordered a pair of 6kg dumbbells after not being able to find any for ages (that didn't cost a fortune). They were VERY reasonably priced and arrived within 2 days. Very happy with my purchases and will definitely be ordering from Fit Supplies again

The only place I could find 6kg dumbbells for sale at the time. Never heard of the company before until I typed in what I wanted on Google. Quick delivery and reasonably priced. Recommended to a friend as she was also struggling to find dumbbells in stock elsewhere. Will order from them again.

Fit Supplies simply the best!!!
Another outstanding service from FitSupplies. There service is always 1st class. They pack their orders very good and always a struggle to get into the box but that just shows they package the goods in an outstanding way so you get first class goods. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to order any fitness equipment. I have already told my friends and family about them. Can't wait to order more weights soon.
