Perfect customer service! I love the "yoyo go" hose and had an issue for the customer service via email .. They helped immediately, very friendly and helpful. I got an immedeat replacement foc. thumbs up!!! Highly recommended!

Nothing is too much trouble for this company. I am so impressed. Sofia in Customer Care us exceptional. The Yoyo product is really great too.

I got the FITT Force hose and it's probably one of the best garden hoses I've used so far. Came nicely packed and the build quality feels really good. It does a much better job expanding and then releasing all the water once you're done, making it much easier to store away without having to wait too long for the water to drain. The fittings this came with also feels robust and the design of the hand spray is pretty unique and well thought out. I've already received compliments from others in my circle that are looking to go with FITT for their next hose.

Customer support also seems to be very responsive as I had a question regarding a potential hose reel and they were quick to suggest some great ideas. Thanks Sofia!

Overall, great product and company.

I had a defective spray gun on a hose I purchased from this company. The whole system was sold with a five year guarantee. I contacted the company because of this problem and received an email reply extremely promptly, and learnt that the replacement part was being shipped from Italy the following day. Very prompt and dedicated customer service which should be an example to other companies.

My emailed enquiry as to buying a new part for my YOYO hose was answered within 24 hours. Sadly the part is not available at present in the UK but an alternative was suggested. I advise FITT to benefit by making all parts more available thereby giving themselves additional income.

I could recommend these guys enough. An expensive garden hose pray gun started to leak and they dispatched one from Italy as replacement in a week. Excellent service.

I purchased a YoYo 30 extendable hosepipe a little over 12 months ago. The product is superb and works very well. Unfortunately the hose developed a small hole, for which I contacted the manufacturer FITT SpA who responded promptly and have now shipped me a new hosepipe in accordance with the 5 year warranty.

I recently purchased a FITT YOYO hose at a reduced price in a local store and, on using it for the first time, found that one of the essential fittings was missing. I contacted FITT YOYO via their website to see where I could obtain the missing part and they advised that, my FITT YOYO was covered under warranty and, if I could provide proof of purchase, they would send me the missing part. I sent them a scanned copy of my receipt and they arranged for the missing part to be shipped to me, free of charge. Really excellent service.

I purchased a water hose in Greece so all instructions & warranty information were in Greek. I contacted customer service via email and they promptly and courteously gave me what I requested in English. The hose is perfect for use on my veranda in Athens!

I love my Yoyo Fitt hose. I have had it for 3 years & the spray gun started to leak. I had just bought my mother one & noticed the guarantee on hers was now 5 years. I checked out my receipt & paperwork. The guarantee stated was 3 years & I had purchased it 3 years & one day! I emailed customer service & received excellent service from Sophia & a week later received my replacement spray gun from Italy
