I have paid 2200 euros for an elliptic that was not in stock

I bought 3 items from them september 2020. Received email 7 november 2020 they got all my items in stock and they will send it out...At first they said that prices for shipping are higher because Covid 19 and I told them there is no problem. I will pay extra shipping costs. Told me they will let me know but from november 2020 no response from them..Called them a few times and in jan 2021 they started selling me information they don't have it on stock yet. When I told them they already told me they had all my items they did not know wat to say....From my experience i can only say ...Not profesional, no sense for customers, bad communication, lying  and so on...
Never received items but for refund i am still waiting..they hold my money from 9 september 2020

From my point NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE...find another retailer or shop.

Order placed on the 5th of Jan, and spoke to the team every week since, with promises that the order would be dispatched, but, still not. Contacted service team to cancel, and again promised that I would receive cancellation order email....still not received. Really poor. No goods, no refund, no excuse. Avoid.

I've just ordered ironmaster Leg extension/Curl attachment for Super bench. I've tried to contact the company to get an idea on timescales for dispatch and delivery to the UK. So far no response. Wish I'd looked at the reviews before I ordered as I haven't yet heard back from them. Fingers crossed this doesn't drag on and on!!

Regarding 23/07/21. I checked my duty and tax invoice and realised I've been charged my order and someone else's order. Unfortunately, FedEx didn't respond to my email regarding the issue. Frankly, I don't want to spend anymore time chasing the issue so I don't know where the fault lies. Just something to consider if you purchase.

Received all items. Items were as described, appeared in great condition. Needed to chase up the delivery of the items with customer service (Sandenshop) but this was resolved and the items were promptly delivered. Being a UK customer, I was charged an unadvertised additional tax post Brexit for the second delivery for the rest of my items.
Initially, I thought fitt24.com might be a scam of fitness24.nl. I cancelled my bank card as a precaution as the emails I initially sent to customer support bounced back. However I was mistaken in this assessment. I raised the issue with customer service and this issue appears to have been fixed.
May use again in the future. Thank you.

Although I had some problems ordering a product using the online credit card option I would like to give a big thank you for the excellent customer service I received via personal email correspondence with Marc, the Sanden Sales Manager. He patiently answered all my questions and chased up the missing order. We are also very pleased with the wireless headphones we purchased.
