I have searched a lot of solicitors spoken many people who have experience with them and what I found is everyone hates their solicitors they are famous for doing bare minimum and not picking up their phone but this was not my experience. I cannot speak for everyone in this office because I only worked with Moira and Lauren and they were absolutely amazing. They were always on the other line of the phone informed and even if they dont they check and let me know asap. Moira honestly checks EVERY THING and writes reports to me asks me 3 times if i understand something and if i am okay with it. I was so lucky to have her as I had the stamp duty deadline to buy a house and she was on the phone all day to make it happen she was excited and angry with me along the process. I appreciate all the help and cannot recommend her more!

This company were acting as property buying conveyancer, they were slow, with poor communications, discourteous, they only seemed to 'wake up' to conduct their business when prompted. If you are looking for a company to manage a swift or timely completion don't use this company
