I love how easy everything was

It was really good quality

It was really good quality, the shipping arrived in time and the products was same as the ones in picture! I would highly recommend buying from here. And i forgot its really good customer service, they were really nice and updated me through out the shipping process, thanks again!

Bad quality and size

I ordered a shirt in L that was to small and they sent me a new one in XL for me do delete my review. I got the new package and this shirt was not good at all. The shirt in L and XL are not even the same! They are compleatly differnet shirts. And the XL one also fits very very tight its more like M than XL. This is terrible!!! The quality was also very bad on the first shirt the sewing was compleatly off it just went wide on the sides like a dress

Initially, you received the Spyder Knitted Sweater, which you reported as being too small. After your first review, we arranged a free reshipment in a larger size, even though the original item had already been delivered correctly.

After receiving the replacement, you informed us that you were still not satisfied with the fit and quality. To resolve the matter fairly, we then agreed on a full refund, which has already been successfully processed, despite you having received two items for the price of one.

At this point, the matter was considered fully resolved from our side.
However, despite the refund and replacement already being provided, another negative review was posted.

We always aim to support our customers and resolve issues in a fair and responsible way. In this case, we have already gone beyond our standard policy by providing a reshipment and a full refund.

As the order has been fully refunded and no unresolved issue remains, we’re unfortunately unable to offer further assistance in this case.

We appreciate all feedback, but we also believe it’s important that reviews accurately reflect the final outcome of a case.

DO NOT BUY from this webpage!!!

Return policy is hidden on the page. They try to communcate that they are UK based they are NOT!
Shape and style is way off from what you would expect from a european shop!

Delivery bad

Its a good shop but it took so long to come well its still not here i bought it 1 month ago, i texted them and they immediatly answerd back but the package was stuck but i tsaid that like 1 month ago too and it still hasnt arrived
