I had a disappointing experience with Fiverr. After dedicating 6 years to building my account and achieving good results through hard work each day, and many hours per day, with 4,89 client satisfaction, my account was suddenly flagged and blocked without any prior notice or clear explanation in 1 second I lost all my years ( Be aware that I let two clients blocked because they were waiting me to send a important work ).

You can imagine, I was sending over 100 emails to Fiveer Support of 2 months, I only received automated responses. It is disheartening to see years of effort disregarded without any acknowledgment.

I don’t recommend anyone invest their time on this platform. They don't consider us as human, and the communication is poor, they not considered the impact of their decision on us.

Platform you'll find what you re looking for....Just great for coworking....

I had some money back on my account. Then I pressed the button where the money supposed to go back to my bankaccount in december. But I did'nt get the money. It been 2 weeks now and i still did'nt get any money. Not good. Tried different sellers but no one could deliver the app I wanted. When they where unable to make the app the just use the trick don't answer, and I did'nt get anything. very frustrating

Their service is very bad and their prices are very high

Total scam this place. Resolution Centre will not protect you at all, and even with proof of wrongdoing, they would not rule in your favour.
Doing a chargeback although being a digital service is very tricky for case evidence.
Shocking trying to find a service and paying for a professional Level 2 to be on the safe side and still being scammed.

The editing company Fiveer is VERY difficult to deal with. No personal contacts lost information, no refund records are valid. An inquiry must go through a list of questions that often do not relate to your problem with the company. high suspicion that they are stealing your money. They chage a fee above what you pay the hired editor, then take funds from the editor. If there is another company that provides editors, it is time to use them
