Cruelty to animals , a painful demise to follow their religion.

Overpriced rubbish. Would have been much better and cheaper to go to a restaurant. £60 for a family of 4 to have a burger that wasn’t any better than a McDonald’s burger but minus the chips. Also been in two different chains and both have been cold. Sitting with jackets on eating almost cold food. Not worth it.

Asked where to find an old fashioned really good cheese burger and Five Guys were recommended. Unfortunately, not a good suggestion in Hendersonville, TN. Although the staff was very cordial, the music was so loud you would never be able to carry on a conversation with anyone, let alone hear your phone ring.

Food? Thought the VERY expensive prices may represent the quality of food, but that was not the case. Extremely disappointed to spend over $21.00 for one person (1 very thin patty cheese burger, grilled cheese and soda), for what I received. No bigger than a McDonalds and barely a step up in taste. Would never recommend.

Went to five guys in Neümünster in Germany- cold burgers and no ice for the soda. So warm drinks and cold burgers.. the staff was just like whatever.. we may not come again

was gross burger sucked....fries was like someone pee on them... way to much oil and were wet throw them out way overpriced and overrated 17 buck ...burger king much better and half the price

Tried Five Guys in Stockholm, Sweden.

So, I thought with those prices, the burgers and side dishes were of premium quality. Alas, I was wrong. Very wrong.

The burgers had a very dryness to them, reminded me of eating plywood. The fries and onion rings were mushy and smelled terrible. We asked the staff, no, this is supposed to be served as that.

Sauces tasted very strange. Very watery.

Nah, don't come here. Overpriced, bad quality, rude staff. When we complained a second time, manager came out and called us Karens and started filming us (we didn't film).

Oh, and when I saw that we were over charged (doubled). Staff and manager just started to insulting us.

I ordered x2 burgers and x1 fries which come to over £40.
I found out I then got charged twice so I payed in total over £80.
I've sent multiple emails about this issue and still no reply.

Friend and I had heard good things and decided to try Five Guys
Her burger was okish but my meal with bacon was so burnt you would be hard put to recognise it. Same with the fries

While this is a burger and hot dog joint, the lack of option for vegetarians is crazy. They only offer an increasingly overpriced grilled cheese! The milkshakes were amazing though and the customer services was fantastic!

I ordered a single, small fries and banana shake with whipped cream. Received a double and medium fries, no shake. Finished my meal and went to the counter to ask about my drink. Received a vanilla shake, which I discovered when I got home. $25 for this aggravating experience. I will not be back. F is your grade today - 5761 Burke Center Parkway, Burke VA 22015. 1st time (and) Last time at Five Guys - Ordered a Cheeseburger with Lettuce, Onions, Tomatoes Pickles, Ketchup Mustard, and Grilled Mushrooms, and small fries. Price came to $16.43 dollars. Way over priced for what you get. The hamburger was bland, with all the extras, and had no flavor. While cooking, they press down and remove all the flavored juice from the hamburger. The hamburger bun was stale, very stale, and fell apart after taking the first bite. They have a sign on the wall saying, "Voted #1 in Fries." Not so, you will get much better fires, and much more flavor in your hamburger and more bang for your buck by eating at In-N-Out. Then I ordered a shake. Talk about a total train wreck. Requested whip cream on top, but after I ate the whip cream the shake was nothing more than diluted cream that had the thickness of pancake syrup. Complete and total disappointment. Order Id: AABLEMNGAEAZ / PLEASE AVOID FIVE GUYS AS IF COCKROACH INFESTED MAGGOTS WERE PREPARING YOUR FOOD. GO TO IN-N-OUT INSTEAD.

Ordered a five guys meal loaded burger with all the trimmings and Cajun fries….and got to say stone cold and never again if that’s the best they can do then DONT bother … don’t waste your money …..ipswich

We went to five guys Corvallis probably1 to 3 times a month and always had a good experience then , in November we went and were very disappointed in the serving size of our fries we got to the table opened the bag and there weren’t even enough fries to fill the small cup in the bag we paid 4 dollars for approximately 15 fries we haven’t been back and I don’t know if we will we have date night every week so I hope they realize the amount of money that there business is losing out on all because somebody wanted to skimp on serving size due to who knows why

Ordered a Five Guys burger and fries through Uber Eats, but it just doesn’t compare to dining in the restaurant. The food arrived lukewarm and needed to be reheated in the microwave. Not the experience I was hoping for.

Haven't had the food yet. But Megan in your Portsmouth branch changed my day with a small act of kindness. Thanks Megan!

Great service and friendly employees

Update on speaking to five guys about our food to be honest a bit condescending as I received a email saying our bacon is crispy. I’m a groan man and I can tell when bacon is crispy and burnt to belief I fell in being told like I’m a child I do go regular to five guys with friends and meetings but after getting a email from them think we will eat somewhere else. By look of the feedback I’m not on my own on this

Waited in a queue for 45 mins to then be told they had no meat left.
Was advised earlier they didn’t want to take our order and have o let us down and refund but to wait meantime.
They then cooked the burgers left and made up outstanding orders before telling us they had no meat left.
Why this person couldn’t count how many orders they had outstanding and how many burgers they had left and told us sooner is beyond me.
They had also ran out of fries at point of telling us earlier they need to wait to take our order as they don’t want to let us down.
First time in a five guys and last time.
Apppalling customer service from the slowest staff ever. The fact they couldn’t think to count outstanding orders and burgers left instead leaving a queue of customers to wait to to see if any was left once outstanding orders were made was incomprehensible.
