Stopped for food with my two teenage granddaughters who love five guys. Had a bit of an issue with our order. Food not as expected.. Kamelia the duty manager was exceptional.....sorted the problem immediately and without any drama. Food was excellent. First Class customer service.

It has been years since, I have eaten at five guys. I went to a location in Spanish Fork, UT. It was awful! I ordered a single cheeseburger with some toppings. It took over 20 minutes to get my order. The burger was dry, cold, and overcooked. It was about $10.00 for that cheeseburger. I could have gone to any other burger place for less money, more and better burger for a cheaper price! Their Service was horrible Do not go to Five Guys!!!

May 28, 2024, I went to Five Guys in woodbridge Store number VA 4040 and the owners should look at the tape and see what was about to happen with an order. The order was #62 and was for the hamburger and small cajun fries. Notice how the customer moves around and figure out why by watching the cook as she prepares the burger toppings and finally the burger.

The burger and frys were very good as usual, but a few months ago I ordered the same order and when I got home the burger had none of the toppings and it was old and dried and I was puzzled and disappointed.

The 28th of May at 4:23:58 pm , I understood why.

I like the food.
Pricing here in Naples has gotten out of control > $20 for a sandwich, fries and a soda.
I can go to a sports bar or an entertainment place and pay $16 for same meal. Won’t be back til prices are down to $16 for meal.

Two burgers, fries and milkshakes cost over £42. The very polite man who served us informed us that the prices were about to increase. Although we were eating in, there was no tray to eat our food on. No WiFi provided. The food was acceptable, but I would not value each meal over £10. Our first and last visit.

The costs are out of site for a single patty, sm. fries, soda. The bun breaks a part if you ask for mushrooms. They make it real soggy. Management is bad, and the crew members goof off when there is no one there - which happens often. They play on their cell phones, instead of sweeping the dining room or cleaning the filfthy bathrooms. The management talks and goofs off with the crew, and gossips about people who they don't like. A couple people heard that discussion and walked out. Why pay $24 for a little patty, sm. fries, reg. drink including a tip for a place like that. About 5 people left that store, it's no wonder that hours have been cut, unless you are a favorite. One lady wanted 25 hrs, so they got rid of 2 people, so she could have the hours. She's the fiance of another GM. 5 Guys has terrible hiring practices and treats the crew like s....

Went to five guys on Brown Street dayton near UD. Food was terrible & overpriced $26 for a hotdog small hamburger & fries felt robbed of money never going back. They used to be a nice place, not anymore.

First and last time eating from this establishment. Was not impressed at all. Burger was dry and fell apart while eating it. I've better burgers at half the price at dive bars. Prices are ridiculous. The only decent thing was the fries.

I recently had a terrible experience with Five Guys in Seminole, Florida and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I ordered from Five Guys through Uber Eats and what followed was an absolute nightmare. After waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours, I received a message from the driver informing me that the system was down and they were unable to complete my order. This was incredibly frustrating as I had a hungry family of four eagerly anticipating their meal, only to be left empty-handed.

The lack of communication and efficiency from both Five Guys and Uber Eats is simply unacceptable. The fact that there was no proactive effort to inform me of the delay or the technical issues with the system is incredibly disappointing. By the time I received the news, it was too late to place another order and endure another extensive wait. The entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by both Five Guys and Uber Eats.

I expected better from a well-known establishment like Five Guys and a widely-used delivery service like Uber Eats. This experience has made me reconsider ever ordering from them again and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so. It's evident that they have significant shortcomings in their operational capabilities and customer communication, and as a result, they have lost my trust and patronage.

ordered a BLT. I asked for the bacon to be limp (not crispy)
I look over while getting my drink and they're pulling bacon from the end of their counter out of a deep frier basket??? The fry it in the morning and let it sit at room temperature ALL day. Not even fried in it's own grease. I complained... NO ONE cared. Took a few bites and threw it away. The girl at the counter asked if we enjoyed our meal. I said no the BLT was cold and tasteless. She laughed and responded Oh well. I will NEVER go back

I received a Five Guys gift card with no amount written on it. On the card, it tells you to go to link that is on the card to get your balance. It asks if the card is for a friend or for you and then proceeds to go through the process to actually buy a card for whichever one you picked. I tried going to five guys.com and clicked on get your balance and it takes you through the same process to buy a card. I wanted to try out Five Guys but stuff like that shouldn't take so much time turns me off from any place that does this. I have NEVER had trouble getting a balance. I don't know why you make it so hard.

Burgers had not taste at all. The fries were overcooked. A lot of money for a tasteless burger and fries.

Very disappointed with the size of the cheeseburger 😞; the meat had no taste and the bread was cold.

5 Guys @ Preston (Deepdale) - worst, most over-priced burger I’ve ever had. Slop on a bun - too much processed cheese and sauce. Watered down coke - terrible value for money. Asked for a refund. Will never return!

Had a burger and fries in Nantes, France. At 61 years old, and after a lot of burgers, this one comes out tops. A little expensive, but quality. The fries were excellent and hot, the burger and my choice of toppings, second to none. Very happy.

love how the food is cooked to order but i ordered delivery and i hate how long it took to get to me the food was code eww

So I’m in Five Guys Tottenham Court Court road. Starving and wanted something healthy so chose the vegetarian sandwich.
Turns out it’s a white sesame seed bun with a few Luke warm bits of of onion and mushroom. No sauce, nothing holding it together, no flavour.
Almost £6 for as good as nothing! Not surprising people don’t eat out these days!
