Fix your staffing issues, employ more people.

My order took over 20minutes to prepare, and the food was absolutely disgusting. The team is severely understaffed, i watched the few employees and even the manager juggles multiple stations at once, yet they still refuse to hire extra help. Stop bleeding your customers dry with overprices and excuses. Fix your staffing levels now! or shut the doors! I will definitely escalate this further.

PAID TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER

I was at the restaurant in Frankfurt. I placed my order there and paid by card. First payment was declined and I had to pay again. They even showed me the receipt and it really stated that the payment was declined. However, when I checked my bank details later, I see that I paid twice. I am trying to contact them but with no success yet.

No service at all

Ordered a Milkshake online for pickup at store. The Milkshake-machine was out of order so they couldn't get me the Milkshake. They would not give me a refund for this order but told me to write an email about it to the head office. This is now 4 days ago and haven't heard anything from them. No service at the store at all! And how come, that a I have to deal with writing an email, becasue of their lack of possibility to hang out my order? The smartest thing would have been to give me the money back at the store and then the store could deal with the head office about internal affairs.
