Thanks for your feedback. Your order was on November 25th. On the 26th, we proactively communicated to you that the product was not in stock and that you could choose any other pattern or get a refund. You decided to get a refund on the 30th and you got it on your account on the 5th of December. On January 4th, a message saying you would be receiving your order was sent by mistake. You flagged it to us and we appreciated your support to improve our systems.

Beautifully made goods. I bought a footmuff and the fabric is stunning and the design is so unique. Delivery was quick and efficient. For the quality, it is so affordable compared to a branded buggy company footmuff.

Honesty and quality!
I ordered some pram mittens and almost instantly had an email saying they had made an error with stock and the ones I had ordered were out of stock.. and would I like a different pair or a refund. I chose a different pair and they were dispatched almost immediately. They arrived so quickly and I started using them straight away. They keep my hands toasty and look so good with my pram. I’ve had SO MANY people stop me and one man even took a photo of them to show his wife who is expecting! Really appreciate the honesty and contacting me ASAP. Plus great quality items!

Gorgeous Pram Accessories!
A great experience! I recently ordered a pair of pram mitten gloves and they have been an absolute essential in the colder weather - I have had so many compliments from friends and strangers on the street, too! The customer service was excellent and I haven't found anything that combines such high quality and gorgeous design elsewhere... 100% recommend!

Absolutely love the product
Absolutely love the product. It’s lovely quality, material and my baby loves how snuggly it in. It doesn’t fit the pram perfectly, but I did expect that, with it being a universal pram product and it doesn’t affect its use at all. I would highly recommend.
