Excellent service. Dpf regen done. Rang back in a few weeks to ensure that the job was done correctly and that there weren't any issues so I've booked them again for a service which saved me a job phoning back!

This is a rip off garage
This is a rip off garage. Booked the car for service and Mot. Got a call back that my brake pads were at metal to metal and discs also need changing. Plus needs new front tyres. They quoted me nearly £1700. No thanks. I took the car to another garage who said everything was fine on the car. Took it to the dealers who checked and said brake pads still have good life left and disc are in excellent condition.
I won't be using this rip off garage again.

Absolutely amazing service all round
Absolutely amazing service all round. Picked up this garage on a Google search after our Renault car was sitting in an official Renault garage for over a week and they did nothing with it. We gave them a call and had a call back from Emma who from very reassuring. They got us an appointment for the Monday and fixed it the same day, updated us throughout. They also discovered and fixed a few other issues which the main dealer had missed on a full service only a few months earlier. Highly recommend this garage. Thank you Five Star you've made our family Christmas super. Keep up the good work!

From start to finish, my experience with using Five Star was brilliant. They got me booked in very quickly over the Xmas period, and kept in touch throughout the day letting me know how things were progressing. My car was ready very quickly, and had even been washed and cleaned. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable - this was my first time using them and I’ll be a returning customer from now on.
