Very impressed with service and repair job
Very efficient service. All staff helpful and polite. Car cleaned very well on return, which was a nice bonus.
Initial Repair job was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement.
On hearing this, the team made contact straight away. They asked if they could take the car back in again, to fix the bits I was unhappy with. Again, all staff were extremely helpful and polite. They did a great job fixing it to a high standard. Very happy with the service received. Many thanks.

First class service
After contacting my insurance company, the team at Ballymoney were in touch next day. They arranged a courtesy car for me while my own was off the road and they were in contact with me throughout the whole process. The car has been repaired to showroom condition like nothing ever happened. I am very pleased and would have no problem putting their them to anyone who asks for advice.
