I collected my car last week, after my insurance company sent it to the Barnsley branch for a repair. Melanie on reception is a credit to your company. She constantly kept me informed on the status of the repair. There was a small setback (suppliers fault) which they were apologetic about. Again, not Fix Auto’s fault. Not many companies give excellent customer service like this one. I’d never heard of Fix Auto before this, but would highly recommend. Thank you Melanie and all the staff that worked on my car.
Forgot to mention it also came back spotless inside and out. (E208)

Credit where credits due. Due to my love of cars I have dealt with many garages, but I cannot recall a service as great as that which was provided throughout the time my car has stayed at Fix Auto Barnsley, UK. The whole process from beginning to end has been seamless. Melanie has kept me informed each step of the way and without a shadow of a doubt she is a credit to the Barnsley branch. I picked my car up at the arranged time and the workmanship provided is amazing and it was clear to me the team has worked magic on my car and clearly they all take pride in their work.

Avoid like the plague , cuts corners, blatently ignore you over work supposedly carried out , Tell them issues with car but it falls on deaf ears to be honest. took them nearly 4 month to collect my car earlier this year, Accdent was in november - collected March unacceptable , Release car with damaged and missing parts on headlights letting water in , cracked wheel. no correct radar calibration on the active cruise control. which also means alignment would have been carried out to correct my car wanting to slam on due to radar being all over the shot. I am over £2000 out of pocket and seeking legal proceedings vs my insurance and fixauto

Vehicle paintwork seemingly rushed and returned with unacceptable surface finish requiring further attention coupled with failure to correctly refit parts dissembled for bodyshop work.
Nice people to deal with but seemingly too busy and rushing vehicles thru to keep up with demand,
causing quality to be sacrificed.

Car returned as good as new, helpful and friendly staff.

I had scraped my car quite badly on the back arch and door , it was repaired without placing a new part, it was like new when done, they did an excellent job

My car was sent to fix auto by my insurance,i would not recomend this company to anyone,work was never finished after 7 months,the scottish manager is very rude and argumentative,need to learn how to speak to customers.

Excellent service, fix autos is my previous insurance companies accident repairers. Dropped off my car and collected s lovely coirtesy car, which. I was totally gutted to part with when mine was repaired. My cars MOT was due whilst in for repairs and they kindly took mine to another gatage to get this done whilst it was with them. Would happily recommend.
