The whole team were so helpful and attentive! Every single person I spoke to either on the phone or in person were so helpful, friendly and informative! I received text updates of the status of my car, a courtesy car whilst mine was in the body shop and a really good turnaround time! The car was returned in immaculate condition, the driver was so lovely and it even came back with seat covers and floor protectors! Thank you so much to the whole team

Would have been five stars except they didn't update me when they said they would and i had to return to Fix auto because when they did the wheel alignment it left the steering wheel misaligned, so very near a perfect experience, a rare thing these days and as i have been in accident repair for over forty years the quality of the body repair really was first class.

Not seen the repairs yet but the wife says the car looks as good as the day we bought it. Weekly texts to keep you informed of progress is brilliant and their estimated time to fix was accurate to the day. Whole front end ripped of my 14 year old Fiat Uno
Whole front end of my 17 year old daughters 14 year old Fiat Punto was ripped off. Would of been an insurance write off.
Went for quote mor in hope.
Was a very competitive quote.
They were happy for me to source cheap 2nd hand parts.

I had my vehicle repaired at Fix Auto Buckingham. While the repair service was acceptable, the delivery team returned the car in a condition that looked like it had been through a mud race. Extremely poor service—I’m very disappointed!
