My car looks great! Although it was at Fix Auto Buckingham for a bit longer than I’d anticipated, I was kept updated throughout the process by the reception staff, which was really helpful! The quality of the fix is great, there is no sign that my car had ever been hit!

The reception staff who booked the job were very friendly and knowledgeableThe garage repaired our dented and scratched rear bumper couldn’t fault the job they collected and returned the car to our home address which was helpful (the driver was very friendly). They also cleaned car inside and out. It came back immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Had some bodywork repairs done after a small incident and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a smoother experience!
Lauren on reception was brilliant – she arranged for my car to be picked up from home, dropped off a courtesy car, and kept me updated the whole way through.
Shaun and Anthony did an amazing job on the repairs, super quick and to a really high standard. When they spotted one of my tyres was in bad shape, they even arranged a replacement at a nearby garage, sent me photos, and explained everything clearly – so helpful!
At the end, Sharon called to arrange the handover and made the exchange process really easy and pleasant.
Huge thank you to the whole team – you made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

Brilliant and professional job.
I have had nothing other than a great experience with Fix Auto Buckingham. Immaculate premises, really friendly staff of which nothing was too much trouble for them. I have a black metallic Scirocco and the new paint looks fantastic, a very good match to the original. Throughout the time of the repair I got regular text messages every step of the way and the car was finished in good time. I was also given a smart little MG courtesy car in the meantime. I really could not have wished for anymore and can highly recommend Fix Auto by my own experience.

Polite and friendly service
Over the last few weeks I've had my existing car in for repairs.
All through the process, the garage has kept in touch.
Even delivering my car, and I live roughly 30 minutes away to collect the curtesy car.
Very friendly, polite and courteous customer service that puts you at ease.
As a result I have no hesitation in recommending FIX auto.

The repair looks excellent, but took longer than expected due to delays in parts arriving. I expect that some seemed ok, but turned out to need changing, but you cannot predict what may not be ok. But I was kept well informed.

Exceptional service
Shelly was amazing, and so helpful. This was the first time in my 20years of driving that I have had to get my car fixed due to a minor accident (not my fault) Shelly helped me through it. Communications, service and updates were excellent.
Fix auto did an exceptional job on the front bumper, can't even tell anything happened there, and a lovely surprise that my car had been cleaned inside and out what a bonus!
