Professional and friendly
I was so pleased with every stage of the work. The car was collected from my house completely at my convenience. I was updated at every stage by personal phone call. The car was delivered in a lovely valeted condition and the repair done efficiently. All interactions were pleasant and friendly and the staff were very well dressed.

Fix Auto did an excellent job
Fix auto were friendly and kept me informed about how the repairs were going. The repairs were finished on the day they had predicted and ithe car was ready for me when I went to collect it.
The repairs were done to a VERY high standard.

Fix Auto in Brackley were wonderful
Fix Auto in Brackley were wonderful. After many phone calls from Justin trying to sort out 3rd party paperwork, we had constant updates from him and Shelly informing us of each step. The car was not only fixed beautifully but sparkling inside and out. A great team that went above and beyond.

We had an excellent experience with Fix Auto in Brackley. They kept us fully informed of the progress, thanks Shelley. They completed the work very quickly. We had a tiny issue with the courtesy vehicle, but they were able to resolve this very quickly. Fantastic repair, all as new. Van was left clean and tidy. Thanks for a very positive experience 😊

“5 Star Shelly” !!!
Really faultless service. Shelly was amazing on the front desk keeping my updated all the way through the process. Which unfortunately was lengthy and very draining but I felt very looked after by her. She managed to source a hire car for myself very last minute which I’m very grateful for :)

Shelly on reception was really friendly and on it with communication. The people fixing my car were good at explaining things to me and did a great job on the car, as well as going the extra mile to help me with a warning that popped up on my car when I’d left. Overall everyone at Fix Auto was just really helpful.
