Fixed my car through the insurance following an accident, promptly collected the vehicle and initially communication was very good but after a few weeks I was chasing for updates rather than the site providing them to me proactively. In the end the car had calibration issues with the 360 camera in the nearside wing mirror which dragged the repair out a bit as the car was with them for two and a half months. Can't fault the work however, did a great job... Quite literally like it never happened! All the staff that I interacted with were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. My only minor gripe was having to call in regularly for updates so their communication could have been a little better. Overall a positive experience and would certainly recommend.

Probably one of the best bodyshops I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was great and I was constantly kept up to date with the progress on my BMW damage assessment/repairs.

I emailed some things across about the car being ceramic coated. They literally sorted everything from the initial repairs to having the car sent to the detailer for the ceramic re-applied to the car.

Thanks to Carl and Kayleigh for greeting me and handing the car over, you can tell they really care about the work they do.

Excellent repair and paint job to my badly accident damaged VW T5.1. Looks like its just come out the showroom. The management and staff were all very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Another fantastic job carried out by these guys,always very helpful & Becca took all the stress out of getting my mums car sorted for me. They picked the car up & delivered back to her & had been valeted aswell. I’d recommend you use them if your car has been damaged.

Over the years I have become quite cynical about garage services but my recent experience with Fix Auto Coalville has released me from that negativity. They have proved to be honest, competent and very accommodating. In my senior years I can now relax when needing garage services knowing that they are at hand and will produce quality work at a very reasonable price.

Damaging your car is stressful enough as it is so to have a repair centre take that stress away has been wonderful!! Fix Auto in Coalville handled the situation efficiently and professionally. The ladies on the customer service desk were so friendly and helpful. My car was collected by a lovely lady (sorry forgot name). She made the whole process very simple. Kevin called to update me on progress. Overall it was a very positive experience and I’m extremely pleased with the repair completed on my car. Thank you
