Started off very well with a very informative lady booking me a courtesy vehicle. I was advised repairs would take approx 2 weeks. After two weeks I had to chase for an update. Two week later I had to chase for another update to be told parts on back order. Called again a week later and spoke to someone called Jackie who was incredibly rude on the phone and I couldn’t get a word in edgeways and I was supposed to be the customer. The car was due back after 6 weeks to be told calibrations weren’t working and needed main dealer to investigate. After approx 8 weeks my car was returned. Only helpful person in the company was a guy called Chris who sympathised but kept us informed. Not sure I’d use again to be honest.

I received e mails and phone calls throughout the period of time my car was with them.
From collection to collecting my car was so quick ( less then 2 working weeks)
When i arrived at Colchester Scott was amazing went through all the repairs came with me to inspect my car.
Which I have to add was so clean and polished.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that was provided to me impeccable all around.
No room for improvement continue your amazing hard work.

Fix Auto fulfilled my requirements
Fix Auto fulfilled my requirements, I was disappointed that I recieved a call at 3 minutes to 5 on a Friday to say my car was ready but they were closing at 5 I had the option of having my car collected on the Tuesday due to a shortage of drivers, I opted to pick up my car on the Monday.

Crap communication at request for work to be completed. Drained the battery to shut down my Mercedes and clocked up 75 miles when only across town, keeping the vehicle for over a week and a weekend for some minor car park scuff ascetics. Would not provide a receipt for work completed to an alloy wheel even though promised before the insurance excess payment was paid.

However, we would like to clarify a few points in your review. Our records show that your vehicle covered approximately 15miles whilst in our care, not 75miles as stated. We had your vehicle for 5 working days (7 overall) with one part on back order for 5days of the repair, during this time you had an update, however we will look at reviewing this to see if we can improve communications with policy holders moving forward.
In addition, the wheel in question was replaced with a new alloy wheel, not refurbished, so we are disappointed this has been misrepresented.
We always aim to provide a professional service and clear communication throughout the repair process.

Collected vehicle from and delivered back to my driveway. Courtesy car offered. Vehicle repair was immaculate, attention to detail second to none.
