Fixed my car. Kept me updated and did a great job

A very professional, friendly and incredibly organised company. My vehicle was picked up from my place of work and a courtesy car delivered. All staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. I had regular updates via text to keep me informed throughout the repair and the car was cleaned inside and out on collection. Amazing. Thank you all.

Just got my car back and it is immaculate! Looks shiny and brand new 🤩 amazing service and they kept me updated with the progress via texts.

My car recently went into Fix Auto Colwyn Bay for repairs through my insurer, my car was collected and I was given a clean and modern courtesy car to use until mine was repaired. My car was returned just over a week later looking as good as new. There was an issue with the rear parking sensors which meant the car had to go back to the garage, however I cannot take off any stars as it was dealt with very quickly and professionally and everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. They even topped my tank up with diesel to make up for the extra miles the car had to travel to have the fault rectified. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto and would use them again.

As a result of an accident (no one was in vehicle) the wing mirror had to be replaced. Fix Auto replaced this efficiently and I would not hesitate to use their services again. The staff were also very helpful.

Fix auto was efficient friendly and very prompt. Helpful in letting me leave hire car at their yard for Enterprise to pick when I collected my car after repair. Thus saving me an extra journey thank you

Fix auto have been superb since the moment I arrived with my damaged car. I'm sure if it wasn't for parts it would be fully repaired by now. The ladies in reception (Kelly and Jeanette) have been brilliant at keeping me informed throughout the process.

From start to finish Fix Auto made a stressful situation much easier. They were helpful and kept in touch. The courtesy car provided was in great condition and east to drive. My car was returned clean and like new in a very short time.

Great communication. Did a super job on the repairs and gave the car a full valet outside and inside, so drove home in a clean and very shiny car. Very pleased and would recommend.
