Brilliant service all round, so pleased with our car when returned. All repairs were perfectly and quickly carried out. Lots of courtesy calls to inform us of porogress and car was ready a day before expected! All staff were so patient, helpful and polite. Exceptional service from booking in with Kerry, to picking up. Would recommend.

After phoning insurance company Fix Auto Durham phoned the following day they are handling the repairs
Due to a large crack in the windscreen the pushed the car in a week earlier brought a loan car gave cash for refunding the Tyne Tunnel when going and returning car put fuel in my car to replace what they used
Car was returned in perfect and clean condition would use them again everybody seemed to work together and knew what was going on about my claim

Service was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly people. Everything was smooth, I was kept upto date at every point. I had my car collected, by a very friendly warm person. Repaired, and redelivered in 24 hours.

The work was done perfectly well, the courtesy car was just a small i10 Hyundai and annoyingly branded, I hated driving a branded car but it was a lovely car though. There was no cohesion between my insurance and them. My insurance asks me not to pay, they insists I must pay. Above all a nice auto fix and the work done was amazing

Great service all staff pleasant and friendly pleased with the work that was done on the car. one thing just like to know the car went in with half a tank of fuel came back with quarter of the tank gone when the car was picked up on a transporter.

My car needed rear bumper and boot lid repairs after a rear-end hit.

The staff here were very helpful, friendly and professional. Gave me plenty of information on what they will do. Car came back on time and they gave me updates as they worked on it. The rear end of the car looks brand new. Very happy with the whole service overall.

It was an insurance claim so can't comment on cost.

Fast and very friendly drop off and courtesy car pick up procedure by a guy soldering on in pain with a moon boot on !
After my repair due to unforeseen circumstances they agreed at very short notice for one their employees ( a very pleasant young lad ) to drop my car off for me and pick up their courtesy car.
Excellent service and very happy with the repair.
