I had my car crashed into by someone.
As it was the first car I owned I was rather upset.
I took it to the Henley branch to look at the damage and immediately knew what needed to be fixed and explained how it was going to be done. Clearly very experienced. The people especially Dave and Andy were amazing.They kept me in the loop and updated me and had very good communication.
Got my car back a couple days ago and it looks newer than before.
I am so so grateful.

Very High Standard of Work
I was put in touch with Fix Auto Uk by my insurers for bodywork repairs to my car after an accident. They responded quickly by phone and text and a date was set for a courtesy car and for my car to be collected for repair. On the day, the car was collected on time and the courtesy car was adequate and perfectly clean. I was a little surprised that I was not kept in touch with progress or given an estimated completion date. I had to call for this. My request was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. The car was returned at the precise time that I expected it. The repair had been carried out to a very high standard and the car looked perfect.

worlds shittest service took over 6months to fix a minor bumper issue and when on the phone was speaking to me like i am a piece of crap. Awfull service never use this company waste of time and treat you like scum. phone the wrong person constantly and then act like that's your fault.
What about the way everyone in your company spoke to me and alsway kept contacting the wrong person. and you never gave us any warning about the van

Whilst we always appreciate feedback on this occasion we’d like to highlight a few aspects that caused the delays. Firstly, we had used multiple measures available to us to source a bumper of which, due to delays with parts availability (something that is effecting the whole nation), took longer than we had hoped.
We would like to address that fact that we happily supplied a courtesy van whilst we had your vehicle, however we received multiple fines during this period of which we then had to remove the vehicle from yourself. We hope you understand that these fines and damage to the courtesy van isn’t conducive for us.
