I was recommended by a friend Tony Jackson who has been in the car industry for many years. once arriving the reception staff were welcoming, I was then seen very quickly by the estimator Sam who took photos etc. and was sent the quote within 24 hours. There Bodyshop looked clean and well laid out for the workforce. I was kept informed of from day one to when I received the vehicle back. Well done Fix Auto Lichfield.

Support and workmanship was great, slight issue is that ghe new boot hadn't got the Astra sign/ letters, I have had to point that out.
But a close out action has been communicated with me.

From start to finish, my experience with Fix Auto Lichfield was outstanding. The damage to my car happened at 3:30am, and despite my insurance company not opening until 9:00am, Fix Auto had already collected my car and provided me with a courtesy car by 1:30pm the very same day. Their speed and efficiency took so much of the stress and hassle away and meant I could stay on the road without any disruption.

Once my car was with them, the communication was excellent throughout. They kept me updated at every stage of the repair process and gave me a realistic timeframe for completion, so I always knew what was happening. I was then pleasantly surprised to receive a call earlier than expected to say my car was ready to collect. When I saw the finished repair, I was genuinely impressed—the workmanship was flawless, and the car looked as good as new.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fix Auto Lichfield to anyone. They combine exceptional speed, outstanding quality, and fantastic customer communication, making what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to deal with.

EDIT: how could I forget. They also cleaned my car inside and out before I collected it!

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We were kept up to date on the progress of the repair which was good as it took slightly longer than we expected. Overall we were very happy with the repair with just one niggle where the trim on front door protrudes very slightly. However very good job and first point of contact staff were excellent.
