Excellent service
Excellent service, on time, my car looked like new again, they made sure I was constantly updated. Dropping my car off and picking up the hire car that they organised was smooth and similar on taking hire car back my car was waiting for me. Cleaned inside and out too. Alex Lewis manager of Fix Auto was reassuring and gave 100% huge thanks.

Excellent customer service
After a no fault accident, my car was repaired by Fix Auto Liverpool South. Everyone was polite and helpful. The job was completed on time and I was kept informed throughout. Unfortunately there was a minor problem which I was only able to bring to their attention some weeks after my car had been returned. Notwithstanding, this was taken seriously by the manager, Paul, who arranged for it to be sorted at my earliest opportunity. Everything was resolved without fuss. Great customer care.

Communication was fantastic. They collected the car from the car hire company. It was bank holiday weekend but we received the car back within five days. Delighted with the repairs, car was returned cleaned inside and out.

The work itself is phenomenal, can't even recognise where the initial damage on the vehicle. Timing was also 10 out of 10, never thought I'd have the vehicle back so fast

Decent customer service and repair
Staff arranged pickup of vehicle, arrived on time, kept in contact with me well throughout the repair and dropped it off to my house posting keys through door as I was on holiday. Repaired to a seemingly good standard (time will tell)
Washed my car inside and out to a nice standard left no swirls on bodywork.
Small issue didnt reinflate my tyres which would have been nice but not end of the world.
