Great work!
Work was performed to an excellent standard, and the customer service was good, my only 'moan' would be the level of communication through the process as my car was in for over 6 weeks and it always seemed to be me that had to make contact to get updates.

Perfect service
Perfect service for bodywork repairs on my discovery sport. Very friendly team. Couldn’t be more helpful. Speedy service and great end result. Kieran promised a quick turnaround and duly delivered and returned my car in great condition and clean. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and polite. Between the office team and the guys collecting and returning my car, they made every effort to fit around my day which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. They kept me fully updated on progress. Would absolutely recommend fix auto uk in Loughborough and will no doubt be using them again in the future. Thanks to all the team. Tom

Took at least two weeks to get that van repairs started which was disappointing but then the works were completed quickly.

Looking at your repair, i can see it took over 2 weeks for your Insurance company to arrange the release of the vehicle to us from the recovery agent unfortunately, and following that the main source of delay was the arrival of parts. Which although we appreciate both are frustrating delays, they are both things that are out of our control unfortunately.
However, we are pleased to see that you were ultimately pleased with the outcome of the repairs, and should you have any issues or queries at all please do contact us directly.

Repair was good but customer service less so..
Repair work itself was good but the customer service definitely wasn’t a priority.
Not sure I would recommend them although very competitively priced and an Audi approved repair centre.

My car went in with slight front end damage needed new bumper and a light came bk had car serviced and was told they hadnt plugged my fog lights in its takes the removel of the bumper to do this rang fix it was told they worked when it left ide have to pay for a repair ontop of anothe mysteries fault that cost me £150

I have listened back to the phone call that you had with our front of house team yesterday. During this conversation we advised you that the fog lights were working when they left site, as this was picked up during the quality control process and he replaced the bulbs, and then confirmed on his QC check that they were working.
Therefore they were plugged in when they left site. However you were also offered that we would certainly look into whether the fog lights not working is accident related, and if it was related then we would most definitely rectify this issue as part of the claim. However, should the fault not be related then we would unfortunately have to charge you as non related to the claim or the repairs.
As you stated the vehicle went to a service garage after leaving ourselves, and therefore there is the potential that the fault has occurred whilst with them.

Excellent service from being quoted for repairs to them actually being carried out. The finish of the work is first class and the car was returned to me in an immaculate condition both inside and out. All the Staff I had dealings with were so friendly and helpful both in person or over the telephone. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Fix Auto
I had a puncture on the M1 and had to be rescued from the hard shoulder with my puppy in the car. It was a horrible experience, and my insurers were slow to get my car moved to Fix Auto, but once it was there the service couldn’t be faulted. It was a minor repair but the communication was excellent throughout (especially Karen and Debbie) and the car was returned immaculately clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fix Auto again.

Really great communication
Really great communication. Especially from Debbie.
While having your car fixed is never something you'd choose. However Fix auto were great. 10 minutes to complete paperwork and straight into the courtesy car.
Quick work. Great result, they even cleaned it.
