10 out of 10 I’ve just fetched my Audi back from these guys at Fix Autos in Loughborough this place is brilliant from the ladies at the front desk in reception, estimators and guys in the workshop when I dropped my car off at Fix Autos the ladies on reception check your car over before you leave it also asking if you agree with them, my car was collected all nice and clean minus the damage it went in with the work carried out was 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this garage to anyone I can’t understand why some people put bad reviews because nothing was to much trouble would definitely use this place again,thanks Auto Fix

My experience with Fix Auto Loughborough was exceptional, from start to finish.
Needed work on my front bumper, it only took 3 days when I thought I wouldn't have my car for a week.
Amazing service from the ladies on reception, they were very helpful :)

General service was very good
General service was very good. The ladies in reception were both friendly and helpful.
The estimated Adam was also very helpful. The actual finished job appears to be OK. But I have noticed a slight paint blemish and marks on the vehicle that were nor there when I took my vehicle in for repair.
Also the cleaning of the car left much to be desired . The hand over was not whatci expected. I thought someone would have done a personal handover explaining the finished product.

Work was performed to an excellent standard, and the customer service was good, my only 'moan' would be the level of communication through the process as my car was in for over 6 weeks and it always seemed to be me that had to make contact to get updates.
