The company from start to finish to be honest the Louise and the other members of staff who booked my car in to the amazing young man who dropped off the courtesy car and took mine away to be repaired. The constant messages and emails letting me know about the cars progress. To the lady saying my car was ready and me doing a happy dance lol. And lastly the the important bit the workmanship outstanding you couldn’t tell absolutely amazing and washed and cleaned and the Paul dropping it off and collecting the the other one which I won’t miss lol. The staff are so freindly go out there way and quick I can’t thank you all enough for what you have done so very much appreciated thank you

Bumps and damage gone
From start to finish it was brilliant collecting and dropping off vehicles was kept up to date constantly and my vehicle was repaired ahead of time they were superb I would recommend them to everyone 5 star service

10 out of 10 I’ve just fetched my Audi back from these guys at Fix Autos in Loughborough this place is brilliant from the ladies at the front desk in reception, estimators and guys in the workshop when I dropped my car off at Fix Autos the ladies on reception check your car over before you leave it also asking if you agree with them, my car was collected all nice and clean minus the damage it went in with the work carried out was 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this garage to anyone I can’t understand why some people put bad reviews because nothing was to much trouble would definitely use this place again,thanks Auto Fix

My experience with Fix Auto Loughborough was exceptional, from start to finish.
Needed work on my front bumper, it only took 3 days when I thought I wouldn't have my car for a week.

General service was very good
General service was very good. The ladies in reception were both friendly and helpful.
The estimated Adam was also very helpful. The actual finished job appears to be OK. But I have noticed a slight paint blemish and marks on the vehicle that were nor there when I took my vehicle in for repair.
Also the cleaning of the car left much to be desired . The hand over was not whatci expected. I thought someone would have done a personal handover explaining the finished product.
